You're so talented and creative, it's crazy how articulate and patience you are. I didn't even know you could do these kinds of things with crochet. Never stop!
That patience is gonna come in handy while she figures out how to use the sewing machine in the first place, and THEN how to use it with crochet -- that's probably gonna swatch up first. When leveling up in yarn work -- there aren't any short cuts haha
i love the fuck around and find out typa attitude you have when crocheting, it reminds me so much of the way i crochet. i design something and just go for it and see what happens!! you're so talented and your videos are so fun to watch :)
I have no idea what I just watched because I've never crocheted or sewn or anything in my life so all the terminology sailed right over my head, but holy CRAP watching that strip of yarn turn into an adorable dress was the best thing I've watched all day. That's literally so cool. I have so much respect for you and anyone who can turn a ball of string into something that cute that you can wear! Also, your hair is GORGEOUS
I loved everything you'd made. Purple and black are my favorite colors so this was perfect. As a born and raised pagan, I also loved how each piece honored the theme and didn't fall into toxic stereotypes. It didn't feel like it was an aesthetic. So, major thank you for that.
this question is purely out of curiosity for something i don’t know much about not because i don’t think they exist but what stereotypes are you referring to?
YES ive been waiting for this ❤️ Purple is my favorite color with green and im glad you already did both of my favorites ❤️ beautiful work I saw your dress earlier on instagram and it was so beautiful 🥰 💜 as a witch as well, im always looking for ways to bring crochet into my craft, so this is really inspiring
For the sleeves, it would be really pretty to sew on a gauzy material that would still be cool and light weight but add that flowy sleeve element from the design. This is really cool! I love the random nature of the stitches and types of yarn on the skirt. It adds so much interest.
omg I looove the capelet. I really want to make it, but longer to be a cape and then adding some yellow/orange stars suns and moons to it. and the clasp you added gives so much to it
I love the color purple so much. I also love witchy themes as I was raised goth/heavy metal but love hippie flowy clothes. Your voice is also very soothing. I think I'll have to watch this if I'm having a stressful day.
Your dog is SO CUTE!!! As for crochet, my absolute FAVORITE piece in this video was the little CAPE!!! Definitely something I didn't know I needed in my life, oh my goodness!!! Something like that would be perfect for fall and winter, along with relevant modifications, such as a hood, fluffy and/or faux fur textures... WOW!!!
Okay, hear me out....CLOWNCORE! Red, yellow, blue. I've been obsessed with clowns ever since i was little! Maybe a ruffled collar and idk some shoe pompoms, maybe balloon pants. ( Halloween is around the corner lol) You're sooo talented, excited for your next video!
You are so dedicated to these videos! it's crazy the amount of time and work you put into these projects, I admire your tenacity so much!! And your problem solving skills are amazing. Wonderful job!!!
I’ve been waiting to see a purple themed crochet from you, and you did not disappoint!! Every time you post a new video I immediately want to try these patterns out myself :)) 💜
I literally love the energy and creativity that goes into the video. And how it's so aesthetic UGH I'm in love with you babes. I just wish I could avoid procrastinating on my work and like come up with my own patterns like you do :,)
I made the Grimoire cover so far. What a great idea. I get so inspired every time I watch your videos! You never shy away from a challenge and are so honest about the experience. Thank you so much for all you do ❤
I think the short sleeves are really cute! For the poofy sleeves, you could wear a white pirate/victorian/edwardian blouse underneath it. Either a crisp white or a sharp black would look lovely! Also, another accessory that I think you could have done beautifully for this outfit would have been arm warmers (especially the ones with finger holes)! It would have added a precious coziness, and given you room to play with ruffley/lacey elements!
i really love that you included problem solving when you didn't like how something worked out. i like seeing that process, because when something isn't turning out how i want it, i panic and give up. i randomly found this video in my recommended, but thank you! i am excited to watch the green crochet too! edit to say: the cape was my favorite one but the whole look is so cute ^^
so beautiful, I love how you used the sparkly yarn in all of your pieces! I think it would be really cool to pick a very niche, detail type of yarn like this and incorporate it in some way in each piece throughout a given theme. I would love to see orange next, maybe with an elemental theme, like fire/wood/metal. I love the theme series so much, and the way you think about crochet conceptually in general. this philosophy helps me look at patterns and think about what I can add to them to personalize them, rather than just following them verbatim (which is sometimes great, too!) I think it's helped me to see my work more as art than just copying and constructing, and to mix and match various elements in ways that feel more special to me. can't wait to see what you do next
I was excited for this video to come out, I'm really loving this series for far and super excited for the next one! Thanks for your hard work! I think all of them came out super cute and that extra touch with the sparkly thread made it chefs kiss
I love all the purple! Been a fan of your work for a while, and I think you make such amazing stuff!! Also I think that stitch you worked seems like a version of a puff stitch! Keep it up! 💜
your videos have been a godsend after just beginning to get into crochet, and this is SO my aesthetic! so excited to watch this and try these patterns out!
amazing as always! Ever since I continued crochet, I've made 2 mini blankets for my dogs, a bag for my friend, and I'm working on a sweater for myself! You are seriously amazing and so talented, thank you so much for being such an inspiration :)
All of this is amazing. I love that you freehand and it's not this super perfect thing. It's really how it goes! This is an amazing collection. Will definitely try a cape for Halloween or just in general cause this Witch needs a cape
Your videos always give me such a creativity burst, the amount of effort and love that seeps throughout your videos makes me come back to them time and time again. All these creations were so beautifully created, thank you for sharing and continuing to inspire me when it comes to crocheting
I love the star bag. I always make star washcloths for gifts. Also I put canvas lining in my purses. It gives them some definition. I just sew by hand. You don’t really see the etches when done. You just cut 2 pieces approx the shape of the bag and sew together. Turn it over and tuck into bag stitching the top to the inside of bag. You can also make little pockets in the bag with it. 🎉
Hi there!! I just wanted to say I really enjoy your content and creativity. You’ve been a big inspiration in some of my creations and in my life so thank you! You are an amazing person and I can’t wait for the next video 💙
I love ur vids so much!! They’re such high quality❤ I recommend using the waistcoat stitch for bag straps, it’s pretty stretchy if you crochet loose but also very sturdy with slightly tighter stitches
it’s so crazy that you can make all of this amazing stuff and not get bored with it or trash it. you inspire me :) also what about a pastel blue/ kawaii theme?
Tat cape is amazing, I'm making well designing a dress at the moment and think I will replicate that cape as an add on to make is extra special thank you
ohmygod, i love ur mind >:( absolutely love the theme, ur ideas are always so stunnning !! ^^ the wait for ur videos is always worth and the fact that u provide a tutorial for every piece u make is so
So grateful to have found you!!! Loved watching you problem solved and work through your process. The only thing I would add is pockets 😅 witches like to pick up stones and bobbles, gotta have those pockets! Lol sorry just goofin. Thank you for sharing, it was incredibly lovely and inspiring. Maybe a fruit themed crochet series would be fun?? Like a berrys+creme dress of blackberries, rasberries, and blueberries with sparkly creme? Sending all my love and support!!! Blessed be, babes 🥰
whenever i see your videos i always get exited. You give me so much insporation and the reason i got back into crocheting after not crocheting for a long time. Love your videos
That purple ribbon yarn is GORGEOUS. The dress came out super cute. I might have to try that to make a skater style dress for myself. Good thinking on the fix for the too-long torso by the way! I love the way the fuzzy yarn on that top tier. It gives a really cool texture.
I think you made a good choice of sleeve/yoke on the dress with the moon belt. With that skirt I personally feel like full sleeves would take away from the fun of the skirt. New sub! Happy that you came up in my algorithm, I really enjoyed seeing this.
Tip for bag straps and handles! Work your yarn with crochet thread and the thread will give it stability and strength. Very much like how you were mixing the glitter yarn/thread with your yarns! I hope that helps 🩷🧶
i love the idea of a maintenance video! I think i remember u mentioning u thought about making a video where you just go through things youve made that needed to be blocked, and block them! I think itd motivate people to go through their things too and do the same !
You are soo talented! Your video popped up and I'm so glad it did. Thank for sharing your beautiful witchy designs. This is all so perfect for the Witches Night Out I'll be attending :)
The dress is really pretty. I love your creativity in using different types of yarn and stitches. My simple self would've used the same yarn just different colors. Good job!
i'm working on the dress right now and i'm honestly super proud of myself. i'm going to try to do the long sleeves anf although i swear something looks incredibly off on mine, i'm giving you a huge thank you for making this pattern i am sobbing
I forgot to comment this but let me know which color-theme combos you wanna see next for the color series :)) love you all so much truly
Bleu/green mermaid vibes!!
Blue would be nice, some like bright baby blue
I'd love orange/ brown as we head towards Autumn!
Blue please 🙏 💙
Blue (perhaps with silver) and northern gods or gods and goddesses in general
When I saw the purple dress I knew it would be good
Agreed
When are her videos not good? 😂
Real
I'm a 76 year old crocheting grandma and I'm so impressed by your creativity. Your dress and cape are so adorable.
I am 78 year old and totally love your hootspa (sp?) And you. Go girl and show all how you roll. We ll just watch with open mouths!😅
I know right? The clasp and buttons on the collar are terrific choices!
it’s so wholesome to see elder people admire younger people’s creativity 💗
You're so talented and creative, it's crazy how articulate and patience you are. I didn't even know you could do these kinds of things with crochet. Never stop!
I second this! ❤
@@theresaANDnicholasthird that!!
The cape my fav❤
That patience is gonna come in handy while she figures out how to use the sewing machine in the first place, and THEN how to use it with crochet -- that's probably gonna swatch up first. When leveling up in yarn work -- there aren't any short cuts haha
THE CAPE LIKE REALLY
IT'S GORGEOUS
The clasp definitely added so much personality
I agree, All were great but I just Love the cape
NO WAY THE DRESS IS GORGEOUS??! TYSM QUEEN
i love the fuck around and find out typa attitude you have when crocheting, it reminds me so much of the way i crochet. i design something and just go for it and see what happens!! you're so talented and your videos are so fun to watch :)

this question is purely out of curiosity for something i don’t know much about not because i don’t think they exist but what stereotypes are you referring to?
There are a lot of stereotypes that depict pagans... witches as evil, satanic -- things like that.
What stereotypes?
loved the video! turquoise or light blue + a beachy/mermaid theme would be really cute 🤍
the dress with your hair is giving TWITCHES!!! youve inspired my renewed crochet obsession and trying new things!! youre awesome!
Update: for the question at the end, the bag is my absolute favorite. Its soooo darn CUTE i need to make my own. Really exited to see you line it
For the sleeves, it would be really pretty to sew on a gauzy material that would still be cool and light weight but add that flowy sleeve element from the design. This is really cool! I love the random nature of the stitches and types of yarn on the skirt. It adds so much interest.

Your problem solving skill on the dress are 🤯. Dude you are amazing!
Bro ive been binging your stuff for the past 2 days, you couldnt have posted this at a better time!

I think a brown academia theme could be amazing.
What’s brown academia? You mean dark academia, or light academia..?
Okay, hear me out....CLOWNCORE! Red, yellow, blue. I've been obsessed with clowns ever since i was little! Maybe a ruffled collar and idk some shoe pompoms, maybe balloon pants. ( Halloween is around the corner lol) You're sooo talented, excited for your next video!

edit to say: the cape was my favorite one but the whole look is so cute ^^
The dress is soo cutee!! Love the problem solving that's something i really struggle so it's really nice to see you not just unpicking all of it
so beautiful, I love how you used the sparkly yarn in all of your pieces! I am SO happy you showed us the yo/parent/grandparent stitch. That looks perfect for an edge stitch. And the dress you made came out fabulous.
All of this is amazing. I love that you freehand and it's not this super perfect thing. It's really how it goes! This is an amazing collection. Will definitely try a cape for Halloween or just in general cause this Witch needs a cape

THE PURPLE DRESS FITS THE THEME SM OMG
I love the "f it throw all shades in" attitude. Helped me start a big project without worrying about yarn

you’re so sweet omg i hope you continue to thrive creatively and in life 🥹

This is so inspirational and makes me want to develop the faith in your instincts that you have
I love the cape, the dress, and the bag. Awesome work here.

Omg! That dress is absolutely amazingly gorgeous! You rock! 🎉
I am in love with this aesthetic and color palette and how amazing all of these pieces came out !!!!
I am obsessed with the first dress! You're so talented! You could always make sleeves that you could attach or detach whenever you want with a ribbon.
So grateful to have found you!!! Loved watching you problem solved and work through your process. The only thing I would add is pockets 😅 witches like to pick up stones and bobbles, gotta have those pockets! Lol sorry just goofin. Thank you for sharing, it was incredibly lovely and inspiring. the cape is just adorable, that’s my fave piece from this video!! ur so talented!
I love that cape! I have no idea if you've already done black and gothic yet, but if you have, I'd like to see a wine red in an elegant theme.
whenever i see your videos i always get exited. You give me so much insporation and the reason i got back into crocheting after not crocheting for a long time. Love your videos

the mini cape is awesome, definitely going on my list of things to crochet
That purple ribbon yarn is GORGEOUS.
The dress came out super cute. I might have to try that to make a skater style dress for myself. Good thinking on the fix for the too-long torso by the way! I love the way the fuzzy yarn on that top tier. It gives a really cool texture.
The little cape gives me Kikis delivery service vibes for some reason
That cape is absolutely gorgeous! The collar looks great and the detail on the border looks amazing!

❤ I just loved the little cape. Just the right amount of ✨
i love the idea of a maintenance video! I think i remember u mentioning u thought about making a video where you just go through things youve made that needed to be blocked, and block them! I think itd motivate people to go through their things too and do the same !

You are an amazing designer! I love the cape especially. I will make it for my daughter. Thanks for inspiring me!
The dress is really pretty. I love your creativity in using different types of yarn and stitches. My simple self would've used the same yarn just different colors. Good job!
I see it on Instagram, i open UA-cam to see if the video is up and boom ! First recommandation 🤭
okay this was fantastic but we obviously need:
-turquoise mermaidcore
-pink balletcore
-brown medieval
and of course
-yellow surf crush
i'm working on the dress right now and i'm honestly super proud of myself. i'm going to try to do the long sleeves anf although i swear something looks incredibly off on mine, i'm giving you a huge thank you for making this pattern i am sobbing
