The only problem with these "lab tests" is that they dont really reflect the usefulness of said thing, like these are both drive by weapons, wich need huge magazines, quick fire rate and precision, becouse you only need to do headshots with them, to shoot the enemy out of their vehicles.

When you're doing drive-by PvE against hoards of NPCs with the AP pistol vs the tac smg, it's very noticeable how much less time you're reloading with the tac smg. It makes a big difference. The tac smg is more effective than the micro smg for the same reason.
What makes me feel with the new weapon, is that statistically speaking it is the micro smg but only in its mk2 version. Which makes me wonder why they don't just make this new smg the mk2 version of the micro smg instead of filling out the inventory of weapons that replace the old ones, that even the price could match the cover of the weapons.
I suspect R* believes a mk2 smg with FMJ rounds which can fire from inside a car/truck would be overpowered. Which is ridiculous, of course, considering all of the other overpowered, game-balance destroying things they've put into the game over the years.
Kuruma time to kill is wrong since it's the guns we're molded... Tru time to kill would include all the reloads needed ... but still a thumbs up as always great work
I don't understand why in GTA 5 the uzi was lowered in power, in real life it is as powerful as a 9mm, only that the uzi has a faster cadence and in gta 5 it is weaker than a 9mm, and I don't know why they did that °_°

Used it in vehicles and just found that after getting really good at windscreen smashing with rounds on NPCs and players with the micro the tactical just wasn't accurate in those split second shots, I'll be switching them back again. Real question is micro SMG of AP pistol?

We only use SMGs for PvE drive-bys, and so the 60 round mag makes the tac smg the best smg in the game. The importance of the mag size is obvious to anyone who actually spends a lot of time doing PvE. So many missions/heists/activities feature outrageously huge hoards of mobs to kill. The amount of time you spend _not_ firing because your AP pistol or micro smg is reloading is a real issue, and it's immediately noticeable with the tac smg how that becomes a non-issue.
