- A few short clips of my Prado in action in various places around Tasmania, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
A few mods have been done: ARB bullbar, bushranger lights, winch, steel sidesteps, diff breathers, bash plates, 2 inch old man emu lift kit with heavy springs, reverse camera, black widow draw system, dual batteries with red arc isolator, dynamic steel wheels, BFG All terrains. For now :) - Комедії
Great vid mate. Enjoyed the scenery and of course the Prado. I've recently bought my first Prado after a string of Disco's and only regret I didn't do it years ago.
Very enjoyable! What else you can as from a car then emotional and memorable moments like this. Thumbs up!
That was a cool vid I've got a 120 prado myself
ma che bella... complimenti!
5:20 is my favourite part
120 prado 190k genuine kms used to drop of kids to school never offroaded
Habe you a door opener inside in the backdoor or did you know anyone? I would change my backdoor Version with no opener to a indoor opener Version , but cant find on the Toyota ETK this Version, because you need the vin of that vehicle 😏 i would sleep in my car but with no opener inside i cant go out , only the side back doors but iam not the youngest anymore and its a Problem for me.. please help me , thanks
Great video mate. Did you have to ditch the airbags at the rear (height control) and the comfort/sport suspension mode? Figuring you got heavier spring and a lift kit. Those would become obsolete yes?
Hi mate, I didn't have airbags in this one. I think only the Grande does. I have heavy duty old man emu springs for the 2 inch lift.
@@mattcarne3840 Oh yes, that's right, only the Grande has that. Lovely set up mate. I have the Japanese variant of the Grande; TZG. Unfortunately, I 'll have to ditch everything and go heavy if I want a similar setup.
Hey mate just got my 120 prado and planning to put a bullbar on it. Do i need a 2inch lift to do that? Or ithe stock suspension should be fine?
Ey. Nice video. I got a 2003 TD with left hand driving. What snorkel are you using? I am looking for one to fit in the prado
I've got a Safari snorkel. Cheers
When did you do Wyniford Weir Matt? The 'Out of Derby' track? I'm keen to do that one.
A couple of years ago. They have closed a couple of the more interesting tracks in there now though.
Nice video man. Thanks. This is an Automatic or Manual? I am contemplating which to go with atm. Any opinions ?
This is an automatic diesel. I find Auto easier off road and with diesel you still have plenty of compression in low range for crawling down hills.
Nice Sovereign alloy bar. You running winch in that, on the cradle?
2:37 Typical ford.....bogged & rescued by a Toyota!
Go the mighty Prado 🏆🥇
question after you and every body else has driven through the wheel ruts who fills in the wholes ?
We do plenty of track repairs as we are driving. We always minimise damage to tracks with correct tyre pressures and generally not being bogans.
Hi Matt, apart from 2 inch lift and tyre update, do you install rear diff locker or not, or any extra locker? Thanks mate
I haven't installed a locker yet but I am considering a rear E-Locker at some stage.
@@mattcarne3840 Thx mate. Have fun and all the best!
ive been told to steer away from the turbo diesel 120's becaudse of injection problems, have you had many problems?
woosa puss the 4.0L v6 is the best engine option imo
They can have issues but if you do a little bit of preventative maintenance they will do 500,000kms. Replace injectors at 150,000km, secondary fuel filter, those types of things. I love mine!
Secondary fuel filter is a absolute must apparently.
If I was u I would go back and buy it it's a very reliable car
I think it was after the 2007 models they fixed the injector problem I have a 2009 with 222k on the clock and it hasnt given me any trouble.
What size tyres do you have and do they rub at all?
As an fyi, on my one I run 265/70 RAZR and no rub. His tyres look similar size.
Is it 2 inches of lift?
SUPER MA6INA NOMER 1
