you're wrong with dance of the wind talent. Switch to brewmaster and you will see it's a choice node between this and dampen harm
edit: and also tiger and black ox statues are not baseline. Just switch to other specs and you will see different variants of the class tree. There is tiger statue for windwalker in yulon spot, as well as black ox for brewmaster
