Tbf, some people like that finish. It's more washable and scrubable since it's a higher sheen.
But also, use eggshell, it's better. Trim and backsplash walls (the wall a sink is against) are really the only things that need higher sheens, though maybe the bathroom too
Andy should just put on some dry wall on the ceiling and the walls to make it look cozy, otherwise this looks really good! Exactly my type of minimalistic yet efficient mancave!
