Here is a lonely little piano piece that plays in Wriothesley's office in the murky depths of the Fortress of Meropide! It starts out quite gloomy, but halfway through swells and soars with some beautiful major chords before ending back on a somber note with some descending arpeggios.
I leaned a bit more into the rubato with this performance, taking it at a slower pace to try and draw out the feeling. I'm quite happy with how it turned out and as usual I hope you enjoy! :)
