I’m super proud of them and Layla is adorable. You can tell they are young (and a little immature), but they have matured a lot with Layla. They are amazing parents

You always need to hydrate when you get there due to the altitude. Take a giant Nalgene bottle and 1 pack if emergency twice a day!! 64 fluid ounces it helps a ton!

My Dad lived on a ranch on top of a mountain above Colorado Springs. He has passed since but we always had a great time when we went out there! My brother and sister still live there. I remember when I went down a black diamond and fell really bad and lost both of my skis. Went down most of the rest of it on my bum! LOL! First of all I did not know it was a black diamond. Guess I should have looked first at the trails and it was my brothers idea! He was a better skier then I was of course. Your trip looked so fun! Thanks for sharing! Love Colorado!

However, all though I know how to ski and I´m ok at it, I still havn´t mastered it as in with speed and mainly form, especially keeping my skies together and parallel, lol. So, I´ve always considered snowboarding, even though my entire group snow skies. Anyways, than you for replying

We live in Colorado springs, a little more than a 1 1/2 hours south of Denver. We haven received a lot of snow this year but the temp dropped to -12 degrees today. Buuuurŕrrr coooollllldddd 🌡🥶🥶🥶🥶🌬❄❄❄❄☃️. We have had some really crazy weather this year. Happy you guys made it home safe and sound. God Bless

That’s so fun!!! I haven’t been skiing since I was 6 and went cross country skiing last week at a golf course with a hill that’s super small compared to bigger ones and I freaked ahh 😧 I was like oh no digging my poles but then I was leaning forwards and I went flying then boom right on my bum. I fell 4 times! Once I felt more comfortable was when I fell. Plus before this I went to a Christmas Attraction with a River and lights and I fell on black Ice and bruised my tailbone so cross country skiing didn’t help I just reinjured myself haha 😂 that ice castle looks so big we have one too but not as tall and big but still fun!!!

Ok, my son lives out there and I went there for him to snowboard 2 years ago but I was afraid to, so I rode the gondola rides ALL day and I had so much fun, for an older lady! It really was beautiful that day and I got a lot of good pictures. It was February of 2019.

They were driving really slow with their hazard lights on, so the officer pulled them over to check on them and make sure everything was okay. They're not used to driving in snow and ice like that. Lol
