That’s seems funny to me since most of my work is done on 5x7 watercolor paper or smaller since I mount them on greeting cards. My recipients usually like to frame them like art . Of course I don’t make a living from my art. I just consider it therapy and I inflict my art on others😂 what’s interesting is I do find that many of the artists that I am interested in imitating produce art that is very adaptable to the 5 x 7 paper. I can’t answer for this gentleman, but just a little insight.
