I have made Kentucky Derby Pie for years. The recipe is exactly the same. Only you use coco powder in the batter and not the chips. It turns out like a brownie pie instead of a cookie pie. Thanks for sharing. The next time I make it I’ll try your recipe. This pie is really good and so easy to make. Happy New Year.

Looks so yummy but all that sugar is too much for my diabetes. Just watching raised my blood sugar about 5 points. I’ll have to figure out a lower sugar version. I would also add whipped topping on top (I know, more sugar!)
