I've watched this movie many times, and it always makes me cry. It's the most beautiful romance I've ever seen.
Okay i have not watched it, mesnt to watxh it 2006. Because of you i will. Cheers
go to hell
watch cinema paradiso. the ending makes me sob
@@kylehogankhis it a good sob or sad sob?
It makes my heart ache that these old fashioned romances aren’t possible in 2024; hell, I’m not even sure the story resonates as well now. People are more materialistic and money matters more to people now than it ever did. People aren’t prepared to work on flaws or work through problems; they jump at the first sign of trouble. Gosling’s character would not work in a modern setting for this reason.
There’s nothing sweeter than growing old with the one you love.
Wrong dying young goated
yea, for dudes with no purpose or future@@badbikerboys
Lol it is but only of you had the opportunity to find love
It’s the greatest thing in the world I would hope that everyone finds their true love I’m so blessed to have found mine - 20 years together and its truly amazing i really feel for people who can’t find it cause I my wildest dreams as a kid I never thought iid find anything like this
@ShopaholicDeb832 So true! Same here, 20 years next year with my high-school sweetheart. And just like the notebook, we have lots of and lots of downs. But we always work it out. I look forward to growing old with my man. It's sad that it's so rare nowadays. Society made it so easy to just walk away when it gets just a little hard. They keep searching for a fairytale relationship. Those don't exist. Real true love is hard, very hard, but very much worth the hard work. ❤
I cried in the middle of the night just watching this beautiful love story .. I will never forget this movie for the rest of my life
Hard to believe this was made back in 2004 and my ex husband was the one who first told me about the movie two years after it's release. Not only was the movie purchased and still a part of my DVD collection, but to this day is still one of my absolute favorites
do u have a new husband?
Mine too!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣@@olgagaming5544
Super
I could watch this movie at any time, and still love it.
Where did you watch
My ex told me to watch it right before she left me... why ?

Welcome to the world of love and true emotions.
But did you like it?

Get a life
@@BrianMolstad ditto
Only if this happen in real life true love🥺🥺😢
It does...
I just was reading about a couple in Ohio. Who was married for 70 years. Did everything together. They thought they had colds. They had Covid-19. Went into hospital. Just started getting worse every day. Their children had the staff move them in to the same room. They were holding hands, she passed away first. With in minutes the nurse told her husband. That was wife was waiting for him so it was okay to go. And he passed about 3 minutes after her. In heaven still in love.
It exists!! I promise
it was based on a true story 😩😩
I want to be like Ryan Gosling and be like that for my crush
It's incredible how big and true is the love in this movie.
Isn’t it one of the most beautiful movies ever ♥️
No💀
Yes omg 😍
Yassss
no
It seems pretty lame, actually....
Wow! Rachel really gave us Mean Girls and the Notebook in the same year!
RIP James Garner (April 7, 1928 - July 19, 2014), aged 86
And
RIP Gena Rowlands (June 19, 1930 - August 14, 2024), aged 94
You both will be remembered as legends
I have never understood the hype of this movie. But after watching this movie, its totally understandable. Absolutely loved loved this movie. The ending was just😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
his heart could always find hers ❤❤
My Wife would always watch this movie on tv and I would catch parts of it here and there and it was always interesting to me despite it being a typical chick flick lol. Once I sat down to see the entire movie it was very captivating and hits you hard especially if your in a relationship with someone that you genuinely care about. Were all going to get old someday and you hope your spouse is there with you in your end days to keep you comfortable and to be with eachother.
Yes I agree this movie made me cry and I tried not to but I couldn’t and when the movie ended I still cried bc it hit me so hard that movie I love this movie but I didn’t expect to cry .
Just finished watching it for the 10th time, atleast. This movie makes me cry through almost the whole movie. Definitely one of my favorites
Me too.......Noha alie 😊
Even the trailer makes me tear up.
Where you see
It's even worse once you know what's coming. I cried at the end of it the first time. I cried the entire way through the second because I knew where it was going 😂
This movie is the best ever!
I had never seen a better romance movie than the notebook ... seriously, Ryan and Rachel you guys are stars.
Ah yes blackmailing someone with your life into dating you. My favorite trope.
@Jay Cee yeah the notebook was wild breh
@lojo1016 *Or cheating on a good man because... true love*
Well that's what women do... cheat.
On the other hand Titanic kills this movie in everyway

This is still....IMO...the greatest love story of all time. This movie really changed romance movies for me. Its just such a great movie. There’s so many scenes that are just SO GOOD.

Happy 20th anniversary to the most underrated movie of 2004!
Ryan Gosling is drop dead gorgeous ! I’ve watched The Note Book four times and will never get bored watching it! The greatest love story ever told next to the New Testament 😊
True love is beyond physical. It's transcendental. You're heart will break again and again. But you've to continue your love till the dooms day.
Just watching again, feeling love is not so simple💜
Every time I see this movie I always tear up the ending is how I want to go out with my husband the love of my life my everything 💕😘
ohh this is a 2004 movie? i thought it was older than tht lol
anywayss i was born in 2004 and this movie is *THE BEST* romance movie I've ever watched and no other romance movie can replace that
You should watch " before sunrise ", you will definitely love this masterpiece.
Titanic is amazing aswell
It would be great to be that much in love. But, it only happens to a few.
U should watch The Blue Lagoon. It’s an oldy but very good as well
I love titanic and twligth too both are great love movies. I thought one time but did not work out. I wanted 1 marriage and that is what I did. Never married again. But, he left me for some one else.
Notebook turns 20!
This is still the best Nicholas Sparks adaptation
Out of all his other romance novels this is the only one that's stood out the most thanks to director Nick Cassavetes
It was also my first introduction to Ryan Gosling
It's the most innocent kind of love story involving a poor boy and a rich girl
The chemistry of the leads Gosling and Rachel McAdams is impeccable despite these two reportedly being at each other's throats during the shoot, the story has such a sweet nature to it, all the actors deliver their parts, and the music is utterly beautiful
The time period acts more like a backdrop than the main focus but it sells it as a fantasy that works
Even Joan Allen as Allie's mother is given a deep understanding of why she is towards her daughter's romance so negatively
There's also lots of themes about eternal love, how much we can't bear to abandon those closest to us, sometimes it's never over, you never forget your first, it's never easy because you have to work at it everyday, it's important to stop thinking about what others want and instead what we want
There's also no shortage of tears when it comes to this type of story, the kissing scene in the rain is the most iconic
And there's quite a dramatic twist at the end given this is being told by an old man in an old folks home to another elderly woman who suffers from dementia
It helps that Sparks draws inspiration from a real couple to sell the romance
The film is about love in all kinds of forms from its humble beginnings to its inevitable decline whether through just over a summer or social divide
However you feel about the romance being sappy you can't deny the movie's impact on pop culture influence even Noah's heartfelt speech being memed about to death
In spite of the flaws that are present 'The Notebook' succeeds in its sentimentality believing in miracles as well as divine intervention
It's the kind of romance you want if you're brave enough to go after it
Always amazing love between LG, many pieces of little part of our love memories and make a bigger eternal love, step on the toes dancing tgt is rhe most romantic... We got so many life experiences even bad or good. Love him non stop feeling like this movie..
This movie is absolutely close to my heart . I had the chance to watch it when my girlfriend shared her Netflix account with me . We both loved this movie so much . I'm still waiting for her to come back

Like Allie, I had this long-time crush (grade school to junior high) whom I finally dated in senior high. Let's call him Noah. I transferred to the city when I completed junior high school so I had no contact with Noah for about 1 1/2 years. The pandemic hit and I went back to the province to stay away from the populous city and I met Noah there once again. We dated for 4 months when my family got sick of me getting home late every time I go out with him. I know they don't like him since he performs poorly at school while I was always at the top of the class. The thing is, Noah lives solely in the 'NOW'. He has no definite plan for the future, just the ultimate goal of "being happy" and stable. But for me, I would like to study well and travel the world. When my family talked to me about thinking through things with Noah, of course, I thought of my future. No offense, but unlike Allie, I consider my future very carefully. With Noah, I'd probably stay in the province, getting pregnant every year and just stay in debt with my parents or relatives. If I use my brain, I'd probably finish college and find a job that's able to make me and my family survive and get maybe a little more comfortable than the way it is now.
To cut the story short, my version of Noah got married last month and yes I am single but I also am one step closer to getting the degree I've always wanted. To all the girls (and guys), think carefully about your future and don't just "follow your heart", at least listen to it and consider what your brain says. Maybe you are not seeing it now, but if you follow my advice, you'll be happier in the long run.
Thankyou for sharing your story 😊
What a romantic story!

Just finished watching this. Surprisingly wasn't all sad as I was expecting. I didn't shed a single tear, but the story was still beautiful, with notable reference to the ending. Great movie and kinda surprised i didn't see this earlier.
Lil' Abner was not released until late 1959 so it was not actually in theaters during the summer when Noah and Allie see it. It's the movie they watched on their first date. Google says that the movie wasn't released til late 1940 which isn't true and the notebook is set in 1946 if they are saying that to go along with the decade of the movie then it fits but yeah it actually came out 1959 I love it when she's like why didn't you write me? And that it wasn't over for me I waited for you for seven years and now it's too late he said I wrote you 365 letters I wrote you every day for a year meaning there was definitely a he says it wasn't over it still isn't over this is one of my favorite scenes with them and when he says I want all of you forever you and me every day like aw
such a amazing love story ❤
Is there anyone who is came to watch this movie after watching jimin's deezer with kpop program?? 👀
What a trailer. Spoils the whole damn movie. Might as well shown the end credits as well.
I could watch this everyday and still give me the feels when I first saw the film. Such a masterpiece. And McGosling 🤍
I've just watched this masterpiece, and I'm leaving this comment right here to show it to my future sweetheart wife. I love you even if I haven't met you yet and I'll always love you, you're my life and the mother of my children.
Now I'm student, I do all my best to graduate and get a job to finally find you.
