Get yourself a piece of bronze,brass.when welding put the bronze behind what your welding and go for it.will keep from blowing holes in the metal.if you don’t have one get a dremel tool and different sanding tips,for small tight places.makes life easier.good little video,just take your time,keeps mistakes down.👍👍👍😎😎😎
Hey mate, i've had a couple of people recommend the brass/copper block behind the welding area. I actually gave it a go and wow! It make a massive difference. Very handy tip! I did have a dremel that i used for all the tight sanding/grinding/cutting, though i think i overused it and now it has given up haha. Thanks for the support and hope you enjoy the next episode.

I'm guessing that foam is for vibration damping. Don't know why else it would be there.
Yer possibly, its got me stumped!
The foam in the a pillars are for air noise. Because the a pillars are not sealed on most cars and at high speed air will get trapped and makes noise.
