- With the announcement of plans to achieve a full wheelchair accessible bus fleet in Singapore by the year 2020, these non-wheelchair accessible buses aren't staying for long. Hence, for the last time, allow me to show you all the footages of the 6 non-wheelchair accessible buses that were still running on the roads in the year 2018 and 2019, taken by me :D
All interior/dashboard footages were obtained when the buses are in revenue service or laying over in bus terminals, with permission from Bus captains and/or OCC
*Some of yall have noted that the Dennis Tridents were also an NWAB in the year 2018. Sorry for not including them haha I kind of had some good footages of them :(

While some bus enthusiasts may condemn the government for not allocating enough resources to preserving or allow such buses that are still in good condition to continue operating, I feel that Singapore as a small country with an even smaller bus community, catering to our wants just does not seem to be justified, in addition, they have other more important goals to meet, such as procuring newer buses that Singaporean commuters prefer and improve our public transport standards. (BTW majority of singaporeans don't like old buses)

Really missed these old buses, used to ride them when i was young and now they are gone. Thank you for preserving the history man!
Let’s just hope that LTA will order some brand new Bendy buses such as Mercedes Benz Citaro G, etc.

I just can’t stop watching . So sad to see it gone most of Non wheelchair accessible was my childhood i was born in 2008
The Hispano habitat and CDGE and all the non wheelchair accessible bus were my childhood
I took the Volvo B10M a few times when I was a child, and I remember being scared while riding those buses because the motor was so loud and it rumbled so much lol

I heard SBS9889U got into a collision... most likely SBS Transit wont repair it and let it be scrapped instead.

Same, I never lived in Singapore, but often travelled there a lot due to how my mothers side of the family lived there.
When I did go to Singapore, I would stay with my grandparents in Bukit Panjang, seeing a lot of SMRT O405 bendies, some even going down my road long ago (bankit road)
Now they are non existent except the rare MAN A24 on 190 or 184 but that is rare.
I travelled to Singapore a couple of months back from this message, and these bendies are non existent, this puts a hole in my heart as this was a passion when I was a child, just going on a articulated bus.
aparently the habits are getting a extra one year lifespan expiry date according to the SGWiki page which many people use
