Nice work Philip. One thing I hate to see is when you guys go in the jungle, catch a ton of fish BUT cook hotdog chowmein at camp. Why don't we do like the brazilians....roast fish. Listen Philip...cut down on your grocery cargo....walk with just plantain. Its fry plantain and roast/fry fish from now on. cheers.
