6 stroke rolls are great for getting around the kit easily. Those of us who were taught with the 26 essential rudiments and played some time in drum corps like Steve Gadd and myself learned this roll usually very early on. Nice instruction!
Anyone else think Mike Johnston and guitarist Nick Johnston should do an album together? Johnston & Johnston! This must happen. Someone needs to make it so. Great advice, teaching and technique, as always!

I did ok slow but when I sped it up it turned into a Paradiddle diddle.
