Lugnuts 21mm (5)
Brake caliber 14mm (2)

Good job - I like to add antiseize to the outside area of the rotor where the wheel contacts it - very thin layer to prevent the wheel rusting to the rotor.

I would take time and use torque wrench on my car, the same to the wheel lug nut. After all wriggel brake disk bring down everything
Especially on Toyota’s … get that lug torque wrong and you will have devastating consequences to your rotors.
And not using a protective impact socket for the alloy rim? -cringe asf-

I’d have to say I would be pretty damn mad to see you use a regular impact socket for my lug nuts on a very nice alloy rim when ya can just buy the right socket that protects the rim entirely for like 10$ at HF.. as well as no torque wrench for the lugs. It’s imperative on Toyota’s to use a torque wrench on the lugs or you’re going to get a warp in your rotors and give you severe brake pulsations over time. Perhaps you did and you didn’t show it.. or you can “guess it” pretty accurate but it’s a huge problem with Toyota’s. 75-80ft lbs on this Camry. For people who are just venturing into this for themselves- use a torque wrench or you’ll be very sorry on that. All your work will have been for nothing and you’re now paying double for a job and replacing your rotors to boot. I seen it almost every single day working for the Toyota dealership. Yes.. we charged 200$ for the front pads and 200$ for the back pads but at least you knew it was done right in the first place.
I’m not saying this guy didn’t do a good job but if you’re going to be doing this on your own.. make sure you do it right or you’re gonna have issues. Most other brands.. you don’t have to worry about warped rotors if you get it a little too tight.. but Toyota’s.. absolutely. All day, every day- never fails.. “I did my brakes myself a few weeks ago and now my cars kind of pulling to one side and shaking bad when I stop..”

Enjoyed the video! I’ve done the brakes before but I needed a reminder and it helped a lot! Quick question though, I noticed that you had 2 different bottles one was brake lube while the other was anti seize. Would it be okay to use anti seize for the guide pins? Also I noticed you lubed between the caliper and the 4 pieces of hardware instead of lubing between the hardware and brake pads at the ears. I would appreciate some clarification! Thank you
Proceed with caution. This brake job is short term. #1 new rotors should have been installed or had them resurfaced and #2 never push contaminated brake fluid back up into the brake system. You take a chance of messing up the anti-lock brake system.

So someone called you said oem brakes are making noise. You come put new pads on and lubricate........when old pads were fine??? just noisy problem solved for say 200 bucks right???

Good video , but one thing ppl don’t get he only replaced the pads . Replacing just pads or just rotors isn’t a good idea your car will vibrate at high speed . The rotors get warped over time and adding new pads just makes it worse. Replace everything if you don’t want any surprises. He only test it going 5 mph .
Yes your correct, but I cab only replace what the customer agree to. I won’t buy the rotors out of my pocket if the customer says no to the rotors replacement

I think that's why he opened the brake fluid reservoir to release pressure when you press back the piston
