There is no requirement as you need to submit experience letter for visa.

I am applying for Skilled worker visa and I have completed the application. Now the next step is payment of IHS and they are asking for work start date and work end date.But my organisation told me that once visa is approved then they will discuss with me the actual work start date. But in COS they have mentioned the start date and end date. Should I enter the same date which is mentioned in COS ?

Yes, they consider. But it will be a little tough if you did study from india and trying to get in UK job without any experience.
You have to have some extra skills or knowledge to compete others.
First challenge is to build a strong cv.
So if you are from coding background, please make a strong coding profile in any of the coding platforms like leetcode, code chef etc. Or do some certifications which shows you have the equal or more knowledge that experienced one.

Hey, it’s the visa requirement. Company won’t ask you for IELTS results before your selection. In my case, they have provided me a CoS after qualifying the IELTS.

I have got job offer letter from UK company who will sponsor my visa. After passport and my Proof of Residence, they are asking for share code if possible if I can generate. But previously I have never to UK, so I dont have UKVI account or BRP. So what will happen now? Will they cancel my application?
If they are willing to sponsor your visa then they should not ask for the code. People who don’t have residence permit can’t generate any code.

Bina job ke work visa apply ni kr skte ho. Apko firstly apne field ke company me job lgana hoga jo Apko sponsorship provide kre. Wo apko cos(certificate of sponsorship) letter provide krenge. Yhi main document hai baki apka marksheet, passport and normal documents honge. Then visa apply kroge.

There is no visa named right to work visa in the UK. You might heard this line when you apply for a uk job. This line means whether you are eligible to work in the uk or not.
Let me give you some examples:
1. If you are a British citizen( right to work in uk - yes)
2. You are an Indian citizen but ILR holder( right to work - yes)
3. You are in uk with student visa and if your visa didn’t expired(right to work - yes)
4. You are an Indian citizen and currently living in india ( right to work - No) : this is the case you will require a UK work visa.

@@ketkisdiaries1618 share code is a proof whether you have a right to work in the UK or not(because sometimes people do have any x,y,z type of visa but their visa doesn’t allowed them to work)
People who have all these 3 documents can get share code.
1. Your biometric residence permit(people who have a right to stay in the UK have a residence permit card)
2. Residence number
3. Passport
Note: people who does not have any uk related visa. Can’t get this code.
