She encountered a hostile takeover whilst completely asleep at the wheel and although plenty of signs were available, she never saw it coming.
Lemonis may well be morally bankrupt, sinister, ruthless and just a bad apple, but, I suspect easily intelligent enough to steer well clear of liable.
I'm no legal expert but I watched enough of his deposition on this case to be satisfied he doesn't make many mistakes.
As sad as the situation is, the strategy was sound, simple and apparently perfectly executed.
Blindly and foolishly handing over her entire busines plan - client lists included assured her undoing and Lemonis probably left not a cent on the table in corrupting his equestrian agent and knew exactly what the mans character could be purchased for.
Moral of that story, you have to get your ass up off that porch and be hyper alert / prepared to battle them big nasty mofo'n dogs if ya gona run with the pack.
I'm glad to see she didn't give up.
I used to think Marcus was a business genius on his show, the profit! After watching his deposition shenneigans, now I know why he calls himself the profit! He stops at nothing to make a profit!
That give a damn chumping on candy and pretend drinking out of an empty cup really showed his arrogant and beligerant character!
So she stupidly sent her entire client list to the guy? Wow.
I seen TRUMP in a couple shots so I was just waiting for them to blame him in here somewhere but it didn't happen!?

I like how she went from a 20 million dollar company to so poor she couldn't afford to feed her son lunch all because of 1 deal going bad. Then why did she travel to Kentucky instead of feeding her son? My boys come first before anything, obviously she didn't put her son first. That sounds like piss poor planning, no business should have a every single egg in 1 basket.
She went to Kentucky so she could recover her 20 million dollar company wrongfully taken from her so she could continue feeding her son! What would you do if you went broke because of a crooked guy?!

After watching his deposition. He doesn't know much about anything or remember much of anything either. Personally I don't believe him. I think he's a liar, thief ,and fraud.
After watching his deposition, her attorney was elementary at best....he sucked ass.

So a company outbid her in a contract agreement she lost, and is upset. So she's doing things dirty, that's not the way you do business with a solid competitor that isn't a stink.
No she handed over her business plan to the people of the tournament and he sold her contacts to Lemonis for a kickback and gave Lemonis the contract. But she eventually won in court. The middle man was dirty too. But she messed up giving up her business plan. But I bet she won't do that again.
Sounds like the girl can't run with the big boys. She lost. There is a ton of businesses that get to a level and are then over there heads. What did she think was going to happen when she refused to play friendly? When the gloves come off she shows she is a sore loser!
@JPavilion 2 that is good because since then he has run his mouth and said he did not want any Trump supporters as buyer at Camping World so I would never do business with the scum bucket. Business practice number 1 should be NOT to alienate half or more potential buyers.
