Wonderful guest and information. Steven your practically giving us a license deal. We just need to reach out and grab it. I’m 37 and my goal is to get one of my ideas licensed by 40.
Outstanding professionals with sound advice. The timelines and the communication strategies are explained in detail. And both of these professionals are passionate about this industry and invention. Love the 'find your tribe'. So sorry I missed April 14th
@@stephenkey3137 Thanks for your cool response! I'd love to be there, but will likely miss it, I'll be working on a Budweiser Clydesdale semi truck at Warm Springs Ranch in Boonville, MO. Could be worse! haha! My lighting Co does their Xmas lights at the Ranch & I do high tech lighting on one of their semis, along with 600,000 other led lights. Love your excellent YT channel, can't wait to license my first product. I just filed my first Design Patent 10/2020.
Great insightful information. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and time! Very well done :) I have a quick question: Is there a standard product pitch template with what product info and company details a buyer wants to see about our product and company? I want to provide the proper information they want without overwhelming them with unnecessary information. Thank you so much. You've been very helpful :)
Great video , thank you. This is the first I've heard of the option idea which I like but what if after six months they decide its not a fit ? Now I only have a few months left on my PPA. Am I better to spread it far and fast at first or go to the big fish I want first ?
I don’t think so. Copyright might be a better idea. If your game has functionality filing a Provisional Patent Application might be a great idea. Educate yourself.
Cool. Keep inventing! - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder ( Call, email, book an appointment or request more info about how we can help by visiting us here. inventright.com/contact/ )
If I'm not sure if I will need to file a PPA for a product I want to submit, will someone like Mark Portney let me know If I should or not? And if he seems to think I should file one will he still work with me if he likes the product? Also just received a copy of One Simple Idea in the mail and can't wait to start reading a little later today.
Do you have to make that decision yourself. Learning to file a Provisional Patent Application would be smart if you’re serious about being an inventor.
I've been in marketing for 25 years, but now nothing excites me more than taking my own physical product to market. Great video too! Ed was great.
Thank you so much!

Dude stay on it! I'm 49 and was where you are now. I let off though and lost valuable time. Time that could lead to greater privileges later in life.

Thanks Ed you've made me a little less nervous about the process and what is and isn't being a pest to the person helping us out on the Licenser side.
I'll be there for the webinar. Thx
Fantastic see you there!

Not completely necessary. Thanks for watching.
This is really good.
I need both of you to help me with 2 ideas I have that people will love and use every day or and for traveling. Steve, we should talk
Very informative.
Do I need a patent for a board game
I don’t think so. Copyright might be a better idea. If your game has functionality filing a Provisional Patent Application might be a great idea. Educate yourself.
Does he know of or have the game Pedro’s plants are growing. It was a 80’s memory game
Nice !
Oh Steven, loved the comment "Can you throw me a bone"!

Do you only do toys ?
How do you license a big idea? Should you even license a big idea to a company?
Big ideas require a different strategy! Steve made a recent video on licensing big ideas: ua-cam.com/video/2Q7IRBsWO0E/v-deo.html
