The exterior is very nice
It’s beautifully crafted I really respect that. It’s almost too nice, I’d be afraid to actually live in the house and have kids be themselves for fear of messing it up. Beautiful all the same
i read that only 1/3 of home owners actually live in the houses full time. that means 2/3 of owners are so wealthy they only stay there for vacation lol i thought the grand floridian was expensive. imagine buying a house to stay at disney
About 40% of the homeowners live there full time currently.

Apparently you do get free annual tickets, I read some where that the owner, there partner and any of their kids under the age of 26 get free annual passes as part of the $20k a year HOA fees. So technically you are still paying for them but you’d be paying the same HOA without the annual passes
Yeah they’re doing a “purchase perk” where they pay for 4 platinum passes for a couple years. Not ongoing through.
Quick question. what job would you need to have to own a house like this, or the cheaper ones liking the golden oak? and how much would you have to pay? thank you!

Ken, I enjoy your videos a lot, here in Washington DC! But you need to hire a better photographer or send him to video school, brother! Sometimes I feel claustrophobic with his closeups and other times I get a headache straining to figure out what he's focusing on. A good example is your boat tour along the Butler chain of lakes. I would hire you as a Realtor in a heartbeat but you need to promise me to leave your photographer at home! Cheers!
Beautiful home, but why are you racing through it? Barely enough time to see it. I had to freeze the frame in almost every room. If you're going to give us a tour, then do so, otherwise tell us your breezing through.

Like a condo hotel? These homes are few simple. You own them with no hotel interference

The neighborhood has pretty decent turnover. 6-7% a year. Are you looking for a resale?

Not much outside space for pets.
Some of the homes in Golden Oak have side yards and plenty of space. It just depends on what's important :)

House feels “artificial” and those bedrooms are tiny for such a huge house.

It was stupid to show this as a Disney home when you can't show any of the Disney special features.
Ah I hear ya. Most people will never see inside these amazing homes or this neighborhood. The Disney themed room or theatre is cool, but it's only one small part of what makes living here incredible. Thanks for watching!
Disney is very, very stingy when it comes to other people using their copyrighted material even when they benefit from the exposure. Several years ago they sued a tiny daycare center for painting a mural with Disney characters in one of their walls.
