  • Secret project "ChatGMS" - AI support for scientists (finally, for real)
Christian Vogel from the Vinzenz Group in Vienna caused disbelief with his announcement at the symposium to mark the 20th anniversary of German Medical Science (GMS). He presented nothing less than a new open access publication platform that relies on the full support of AI. And how! It is hardly surprising that the new "ChatGMS" platform leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to AI-supported production and publication of scientific articles, as the AI himself, Dr Chad Tschipity to be precise, was involved in the development of this platform, or at least in its presentation - the exact division of labour can no longer be traced. The result is a platform that combines all forms of (science) articles, from AI journals to hybrid journals and classic intelligence journals, and thus produces an increase of 16625% in the number of journals, primarily purely AI-generated journals. The platform is supplemented with useful tools that make writing and publishing much easier and save time for everyone involved. For example, suitable data and statistics can be generated retrospectively or an avatar can take over the peer review - all in favour of the further development of open access and research, or not.
The problem is that the matter is not yet fully regulated in legal and scientific ethical terms. Even AI is distancing itself from this new platform ... and it should know! Well.
