How To Deal With Depression

This isn't so much a how-to video, but a short message discussing my latest bout with depression and what helped me get through it. I created this video in an effort to reach out to those of you who are in the thick of it right now. I know the holidays can bring up some deeply buried feelings that we spend a lot of time concealing. I just want to let you know that you don't have to be ruled by depression and that there is hope.
