eBikes are a game changer. I saw a 70+ y/o man riding around a uni campus with his cane tied to the back. That’s accessibility! Bikes like this can really improve peoples’ quality of life.
one less mobility chair ♥
Iam 63 now, when I was 61 I was the fastest over 60, the fastest over 50 and the third fastest scratch ( any age ) first claim member in my club's evening series cycling time trial series at 61. and can still put out 266 watts continuous average over an hour. Keep exercising and you don't need electric assistance.
@@NWforager really, do you think everyone can balance. You may want to review your thinking if life takes a turn for the worse
@@garyhall3835 Yes, the vast majority can.
@@stevezodiac491 tell me you don’t work sat at a desk without telling me …
Tend to agree with your sentiment tho, but also ebikes can cut out a lot of need for cars. Theft aside
This is by far my favorite bike reviewer on UA-cam!:)
Got mine a few months ago and i bloody love it, my commute is between Leeds and Bradford and since Yorkshire is fairly hilly it's not without its challenges but I'm getting around 20 miles on the battery and now i love commuting :)
Yes to GB3 review. Can't believe you've not done it already
I like Eilis!
Of course you should. Best style reviews out there. Thanks
Yes please do a review of the GB3. Enjoyed this review, thanks best wishes.
Yes, Eilis, please review the GB3!
Very good review. Was thinking about getting one ,very impresssed
Great review and yes a review of the new product would be great, so please review. Thank you and keep up the great work. Great to here it is build in UK and in Wigan town
GB3 review? Yes please!
Very keen to see a full review on the GB3 please.
Definitely want to see a review on the GB3 please 👍
I have the 2nd generation MiRider One, and the biggest limitations, as someone who loves in a hilly city, was caused by the lack of gears, so that new product looks great to me and I hope you review it.
Camper/caravan/holiday travel this is very useful.
There was a bike in this video?? ☺️
Yes! Review, please! 🚴♀️
Great review! The bike seems okay too. Nice helmet.
Ordered. Thank you
Great review 👍🏼
Glad you enjoyed it!
Eilis, show us the upgraded model!!! 💪🏻
Of course you should review the GB3!
Noted 😌📝
Would be nice to see a review of the gb3. Also receive or silence s04 ev car and any ev farm equipment that can be used on the roads too
Bought the original mirider one 4 years ago for 850 and it's still going... you need to switch our battery every 2 years for better performance. Will likely upgrade in 2024 .
Love these videos of the Mirider bikes - this Taylor Swift girl is so talented and knows her bikes ! Brilliant
Lovely~
yeah please review ❤
GB-3 great to know.
was bit too lazy to leave a comment for your nice shots. But first time hearing about MiRider as a company, aftercare, built in UK (I live in LDN), built by 1 person. Definitely wish them good.Too expensive for myself but might buy a present for my ex.
Blimey you are good to watch 😍
Had one of these for 8 months, and absolutely love it
The motor is a little noisy though and I've had some issues with the throttle
Other than that, it's awesome 👌
I've got to admit that they look great! Something to also keep in mind while riding ebikes are helmets. Most people wear cpsc helmets (which arent safe), when they should be actually wearing an nta helmet like xnito or bern
Test rode this and an Estarli e20. Both very impressive, but the estarli felt much more stable and the real issue came when I got a photo of me on it - if you’re 6ft+ it looks like a clown bike. Vanity won and I bought the e20, no regrets - I don’t think you can go far wrong with folding ebikes. Try a few and ask to get a photo of you on it is my top tip!
I test rode the e20 at the weekend
Very impressed. I have a non electric Brompton so I’m used to riding the 16 inch wheels but I like the e20 still.
Thanks for the advice
A three-speed, rear wheel drive magnesium folder with hydraulic brakes and belt-drive does call for a further looking into and another thorough review I would agree. Does this put it in the same price bracket as the Gocycle GX?
good review, would like to know about the 3 speed
Hi the silver bike u were talking about, should do a review on it
Also, is that a Dashel helmet? I just got one and love it! Thanks
Yes, review it.
Eilis - review it! 😉
that is very pretty
Good vid, a rather niche bike and some what expensive at £1,600 in the UK. The fact it has a mag frame rather than ally, in my opinion, has reduced the market for this bike as most peseants would rather pay less for this bike in ally. Mag frames have their own set of issues in terms of longevity. I converted my own mountain bike to an e-bike for £450 and it can even propel me up pretty steep hills. Something the m-bike would not do....I expect the e-bike would only cope with flat or very slight incline once it had a 120kg person on it.
The grey bike I want.
Hell yes!
20'' wheels are still good. Go down to 16'' and it's just too twitchy, with the steering overly sensitive. But I guess it's all right if you go really slow. My opinion. Just saying.
You didn't mention the seat post has two height adjustment points. One quick release atcthe frame point sndvthe tele upper adjustment.
They have another brand called the Jupiter ebikes here in the US it is also a magnesium frame and a similar design. How do the two bike compares?
Yes
I like e.bikes but i didnt watch this video for the bike :)
As a bike lover from Canada, I'm a bit disappointed that this bike won't be available here. That being said, excellent review indeed. Would love to see the review of the new version of this bike. And hoping to see these bikes available to buy here in Canada :)
Get a Fiido D11 instead. Much better and cheaper than this. UK ebikes are overpriced.
@@dtz1000 yup! It is overpriced but really like the rear shocks and magnesium build. Checked out Fiido D11. Good looking bike but no shocks. Will keep looking at Canadian e-bike market. Still new to it 😁
There probably is one. So many countries have importers of the onebot s6 bikes, I know there were at least 2 in the US last time I checked,
Look at the ADO A20f. It's a fat tire folder for around $1200 Canadian.
Yes please….. 😊
Love your introduction ,how height are you? is 16inch stability?😍😍🚴♂🚴♂
Looks and seems to perform very similar to a Onebot s6, or s7 which is about £500 quid. A comparison video and quality comparison would be nice.
Is it easy to wheel while folded ? I need to use in trains and stations
Yes do a review of the MiRider 2! How much is it?
Yep. Want to know about upgrade
Definitely need a review of GB3🙏🙏, thinks that a belt would last longer and chains
Here ua-cam.com/video/_VhsBFVlF8s/v-deo.html
yes
Erm...I love your content and reviews. My wife happened to watch with me this time. Her question is ...what are those Puma trainers, she's looked but can't find that colourway ?
Been waiting to see a proper review of the GB3,it would be nice to see the knee room when pedaling with someone about 6ft 3 and range with a 7ah battery 👌
Noted 😁📝
Here (and they have one each, so definitely more than 2 people in the UK have them!) ua-cam.com/video/_VhsBFVlF8s/v-deo.html
My friend has 2 of those and loves them .👍🇬🇧
🔥🔥🔥🔥
This looks exactly like the Singapore version of Mido ebike
Review it pleeeeaaase!
As I would not like to remove my battery every time I leave my bike somewhere is it option to lock it ?
yes....!!!
Yes please! 😜😂
Please review GB3
Great review.
Looks kind of instable with one hand driving / mid turn
I would go for minimum 20 inch wheels like you get on the Fiido D11 which is better and cheaper than this.
Had my MiRider One for a couple of months now and it's a great bike but it hasn't been without it's problems. Although annoying for a 2k plus purchase MiRider support is excellent and I've been able to get the issues sorted next day at a local retailer all under warranty. Just one comment on the video re taking them abroad in the back of your camper...be carful customs across the EU are finally catching up with the new rules and you may need an ATA Carnet for the bikes
This was really useful to read, thank you!
2 grand no thanks I just got a rad mission for 800 plus and its fantastic.
Yep. Anyone taking goods in excess of €430 from a non-EU country to the EU is required to declare them, and if necessary, pay the required tariffs. This is not a new EU rule, it is something the UK actually helped to draft while a member of the EU (oh well lol). To avoid paying on spot duty and VAT fees coming in and then back out of the EU while traveling you need to purchase a customs carnet for temporary import. Brexit now means this rule applies to the UK.. But not Northern Ireland - As the agreed NI Protocol.
DJ Audits has that bike!
Gosh. I love the presenter.
maaam, you're so beautiful and you're voice is awesome, stay safe always maam😊
Eilis is kind of tall i think . this ebike can fit more people than it may seem
Can I suggest mid motor belt drive with fat tyre; name the price, will get one

DJ Audits uses one of these bikes and did an audit of the company, who passed with flying colours
I just ordered one thanks to DJ’s review. I was impressed with the way they looked after him.
great editing

a Bunch of car crashes must have been edited out too 👀 💥

You’re already in Europe !
Yes yes yes
Give Swagtron back their blueprint design to their EB5-7 and come up with your own !!!
Like you’re not gonna review the new one lol 👍 thanks Ellis
£2.5k 😮
Hehe 😁
The MiRider thread on the Pedelecs forum makes interesting reading. The MiRider development manager makes a few comments and gets called out for lying.
Why wouldnt they give an extra couple of inches? They look rediculously small.
GV3 review Pllleeaassseeee!!
Noted 😁
LGB display?
Letric is probably the closest equivalent in the US.
MiRider or Brompton Electric?
Hello from "Wider Range"! Please drop by sometime 😄
Review, please!
Nice E-Bike at a more realistic price.
We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
They do look nice but folding axel to axel is a big negative in my opinion.
Please do a review of the new bike, also compare with the price, is it good value for money?. I have an electric Brompton, love it, but this might be better for holidays away.
Stay tuned!
Bike ? Where lol 🤪🥰
8:06 ouch.
