- Hello my friends! 😍💖 Today I cooked a French food in a Persian way! 💋
As you know Cutlet is originally a French dish.The word cutlet has originated from the French word côtelette, and was first known to be used in the year 1682. Since then, it has found its place in almost all cuisines of the world, be it French, Italian, American, Indian,Persian,or Russian.We pronounce it Kotlet (کتلت) in Iran.
There is a lot of different recipes to make it.In Iran we usually cook it the way I show you in this video.
I also made a homemade Ketchup sauce,but a little different of the classic formula.It is tasty too.We usually eat cutlet with lavash or some Iranian breads.And I also made some fried potatoes that make this dish complete.

I think it is pretty cool that Saina formed the cutlets to just the right size that she is able to put 6 of them into the pan with enough room between them so she can flip them with ease. The ketchup recipe is a very tasty condiment.

In Poland we also pronounce it: kotlet. There are two types of this dish. English names are: pork chop and meatloaf. Both are breaded and fryied. Yours looks really tasty. I have to make it your way 🔥🥩 🍽️✊

Personally, I have also tasted kebab-burgers in the Middle Eastern style with pitas, hummus, shredded lettuce, a slice of pickle, and a heavy spoonful of tahini to be also very 😋delicious.
