Ok, sounds like you have to take blade thickness when setting width? I have one, just haven’t used it yet.

Probably a good practice to add the blade thickness to you setting on the ruler. Thanks for the input and for watching!👍

I own one and have made many cuts and all my cuts were accurate from start to end. I cut down a table top. Cut a backing for a mirror on a vanity I built. And I even built a table out of leftover odds and end particle board I had lying around for my edger to go on top and for my lawn mower to fit under it. I have a small table saw but didn't need it.

I have the rip cut and it stinks. Once you have plumge saw and rail you'll never use that again. A piece of straight wood works better than the rip cut.

If you need to rip several pieces quickly and want them exactly the same size, then this setup works great. To have to measure, line up a straight edge and clamp it down again would take way longer and your pieces will likely have variances.
