@NITECORE store, thanks for reviewing the new Nitecore TM9K TAC. As far as I've noticed all along with these 9k lumen beasts is that there is no difference in lumen brightness. They used the CREE XP-L2 HD V6 led's in which a single CREE XP-L2 can be maxed out up to 1175 lumens (According to CREE website). So, the lumen output estimation would be 1175 x 9 = 10,575 lumens. I think it's clear that the TM9K and TM9K TAC lumens are still the same because it has the same CREE led's that are used. Oh, and I haven't seen any PWM on the TM9K TAC in your video and I guess that it's addressed by Nitecore since the original TM9K has PWM. It's just my opinion due to my observation and research. Anyways, TM10K told me that he's shaking right now because the 9K beasts are about to catch up and dethrone him anytime soon LOL.
I have the TM9K and it’s the sickest flashlight I’ve ever laid hands on. You can’t dog the turbo mode for too long at a time or it’ll roast (I honestly only use it as quick flashes or short periods of 30seconds-2minutes at a time~and by doing this, the battery does end up holding up pretty decent). But if you do run it for too long the flashlight will auto-dim and this could potentially piss people off. It pissed me off to start with. But it’s really not even a big deal because you realize the reality of the situation. The situation being: this thing is so fucking sleek, compact, heavy (which I love) and fully loaded-it would be breaking laws of physics for it NOT to auto-dim. I also got to a point where I would just flash turbo to see for a moment, off in the distance, then dial it right back down to ~5,600 or whatever. Regardless, this light turns nighttime to daylight, seriously lol. Anyways…. 10/10 unquestionably recommend, I’m definitely snagging this one. PS-the strobe light is absolutely bonkers. The pattern is ridiculously fun and I see why that alone is a patent.
For a second i had to stop and wonder why the flashlight had pressurized gas in it….🤔 You are hilarious and I appreciate your calm yet comical demeanor. We would definitely be friends. Thank you so much for the extremely informative video I being a collector of strictly SureFire and Streamlight lights will be expanding my collection with Nitecore’s now as well.
The inbuilt battery is sadly the massive no go for anyone that knows anything about lights. I get the current draw and wanting to make sure customers have proper battery's. But seriously 2 years warranty is way too small as a lithium battery under this kind of load will have a lower life span and probaly be beginning to fail by this time or shortly after this time.... Plus theres the fact you cant swap battery's mid task.
Thx for the update on the new Nitecore TM9K. The only thing making me hesitant purchasing this flashlight is the non removable battery. Was that a complaint of other users. Is the flashlight useless once the battery goes? What does Nitecore recommend if this happens? All my Nitecore flashlights (6) have removable batteries. In a pinch I have back up batteries. Please let me know if this a change that may happen in the future?
Excellent brilliant luminous display of supply and demand in harmony. Is there anyway making available aftermarket attachments lengthening the overall size that allows additional batteries lengthening the voltage charge storage.? Along with aftermarket custom attachments for the frontal lens somehow allowing movement for zoom in and out with different color tinted lens output?
Turbo mode doesn’t last long at all, the button gets warn in your pocket like thee previous models, and the battery is not replaceable. $160 is a lot to spend on a funny video.
The Turbo run time like the original TM9K is as long as you hold the mode pedal. However with the thermal regulation it lasts about 3 minutes...but if you were in Antarctica it would probably last longer? 🤔
Hello, I am one of the Nightcare collectors in Iran... I wanted to make my request as a small member of the Nightcare family about the p35i flashlight. This flashlight is great, I even covered 2 kilometers with it in spot mode, but the biggest problem of p35i is the lack of strobe mode in the end cap of the flashlight. It should have a strobe button, just like the i4000r cap, which has strobe mode and charging port in the end cap of the flashlight. ... However, when the p35i has this feature (strobe), it can only be used with the remote control of the gun, and this is a big weakness. I hope that Knightaker engineers will design a new cover for the p35i that has both a strobe button and a charging port. and as an update
Why on earth would you make a inbuilt battery??? Absolutely ridiculous! Such a cool flashlight completely ruined only by this fact. Why don't you start listening to your customers? For what I've read the great majority doesn't buy it exactly because of this.. There's no reason to not have a replaceable battery except if you are counting on planned obsolescence to make the extra buck... That will backfire in long run when customers flashlights start to die off and see other manufacturers offering that option with similar specs also for a fraction of the price of the nitecore.
The manufacturer has officially stated that the TM9K series was purposefully built with the objective of creating the brightest single 21700 battery flashlight. There were some design sacrifices that had to be made, for instance the standard springs were not durable enough to transfer the large amount of current required for 9800 lumen for extended periods of time. Thus they moved onto an all enclosed design. Please double check sources before editorializing. Out of 30 or so flashlights available from Nitecore the TM9K is one of three with a built-in battery. (Headlamps and keychains not withstanding).😵
Kelly slaps me across the face in this video 😭...and also INTRODUCING THE NEW NITECORE TM9K TAC!
You’re lucky she didn’t slap you with that flashlight.

This was probably the most entertaining (and informative) flashlight review I've seen :)
😍 Thank you kindly~

If Kelly is to do more promo clips, I will definitely start buying.
totally agree
Tactical Flashlight yet built-in battery.
For a second i had to stop and wonder why the flashlight had pressurized gas in it….🤔

For products with a built-in battery Nitecore offers a 2 year manufacturer warranty. We can help the process if you purchase from Nitecore Store.
Thanks for this informative and fun review.
I wish it has a moonlight mode with shortcut for reading or other up close tasks.
😇 Thank you for the suggestion!
Good flashlight 🔦
Only downside like most people have already said is the non-swappable battery. 😢

That drawing of Kelly. 🤣🤣🤣
I'm buying the flashlight based on this hilarious video. Thanks for the laugh....😅🤣😂

I think you two are awesome and Kelly's beautiful and thank you for sharing this video I'm a big fan of this company also 💕
How long can it hold turbo mode? the previous tac was like 7 seconds, has this improved? 🤔
Exactly
@@kingsun4398 exactly the same as the old version?
Show us both tm9s's beam shots please.
I need Prices added in video editing but how much costs TM9K 9800lm
$159.95 - Price is always in the description! 😄
@@NitecoreStore oh my bad sorry im dumbest
Is the battery replaceable? Looks like a really good Tactical light.
Do you have a picatinny rail mount for this? Your website does not recommend accessories related. It would be helpful and you will sell more 🙂
Is the ring made of plastic?, on my previous Nitecore torch the ring was plastic and it broke
It is made from the same anodized aluminum as the frame. It is solid as a rock.
Is there any hard holster that can fit this for a duty belt?
The tail clicker still needs wings to protect it from pocket wear.
Your Videos are AWESOMENESS
Glad you like them!😁
Kelly is powerful! 💪🏼😬👍🏼!!!
May I know which of the nitecore hard holster can this be carried in?
Unfortunately we do not have a hard holster that can fit the wide lens of the TM9K TAC yet.
@@NitecoreStore Oh man. Guess I need to look for another torch then. Thank you for replying me
Kelly should get more money. Love the slap 😂😂😂
The batterie is not amovible ?
How long does turbo last before it start to step down? Is it also 7 seconds like the old version?
I did not do a very rigorous test but I want to say at least 20 seconds.
Is it build-in battery means we cannot change it if we have an extra fully charged 21700 battery? Thanks!
Yes the battery is still built-in.
@@NitecoreStore So after a few years when it lithium battery start to weaken, how and what to do ?
Throw away a +$100 flashlight and buy a new one according to their logic...(imo that's not how you create loyal customers)
Hahahahaha oh man, you are hilarious. I think I'll buy one just for that reason you big dumb 💨
😆😂🤣
Plus, what an AWESOME light.
Why is the runtime @ 9800 lumens not listed?
The Turbo run time like the original TM9K is as long as you hold the mode pedal. However with the thermal regulation it lasts about 3 minutes...but if you were in Antarctica it would probably last longer? 🤔
@@NitecoreStore so that's a 7 second burst🤔
@@NitecoreStore 🤣 that means if I go to Uranus, it will last even longer!
I think it's a 7 seconds. this light would be perfect it they added one more level at about 4000 lumens. the jump from 2000 to 9800 is way too much.
@@Studat I agree. Too much a jump!
Thanks for this grea
YOU ARE VERY FUNNY ESPECIALLY WITH THE "INTERN" 🤣😂

RIP Robin Williams 😢
It's not August 11th?
Does anyone know if the tac ring is removable? God I hope so.
Unfortunately it is not removeable

I giva a thumbs down cause Kelly didn't get to talk much!
😭 We'll make sure to include more Kelly
😂
$160.00, I'm out...
I would purchase one if the battery was field replaceable. Too expensive for being a throw away light.
