I think the sound is how it’s shot in video. It’s using the onboard speaker. Really though, for the price, you have the octave rollers and you have an actual midi port. Plug this into your computer with an audio sound system with VSTs , etc and this will sound like anything you want it to, for real. I’ve seen other videos with this exact same model and it sounded great. If you are looking for something you can play through an a board speaker and sound like an actual acoustic instrument , it would be far beyond this price range. I own a Roland Aerophone which is decent through headphones on its own with an app but hook it up to say Vital Synth, Ardour or Reaper and it’s mind blowing what it actually can do. This would also work with those apps.
