This definitely helps. I was feeling pain sadness and unable to walk out of betrayal pain while trying to cling on. But after hearing this yesterday, i feel so much better. Still working kn the marriage but at least the pain had lessen and the clinging on to my partner has reduced.
I sometimes am low on patience and this helps me to continue and get through and through what I need to do, so thank you!
Actually I'm not a very patient person in general.

This has helped me greatly! I am currently around 5 months pregnant, and still feeling nauseous and sick every now and then, especially after meals. Today after lunch, I felt nauseous, bloated, indigestion, dizzy and breathless. Could not focus on doing any work, so I decided to try listening to this music. While listening, all these discomforts gradually subsided! By the time it ended, I was feeling perfectly normal, relaxed and a lot more energetic. Thank you Grandmaster!

When we listen to them with closed eyes at that very moments our souls were pure and calm which giving our souls all of the peacefulness that our stressful souls needed. 🙏🙏🙏

@Pernilla Simonsson Khammar if I understand this correctly, a bowl vibrating at 4-5 Hz would cause pain. In the broad range of 25-140 Hz, your brain would create "Large scale brain activity". 12.5-30 Hz would cause someone to wake up.

How can we practice of letting go? 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Letting go is the toughest reality of Life and it starts with the Death of your Parents, it is Mankind's biggest Hell , but do you know what is Worse then a loss of a Loved one, not living a Honest Meaningful Life, because I can honestly tell you something The best you can do for your Ancestors and loved ones is to be Charitable and give all you can to Society because you are actually helping them wherever they are in the next Lifetime it totally matters everything we do......we are all parts of a Clock movement and every part matters but you are right , when you see a loved one with there Lifeless body surely you think it is over and there's no use in anything, but as The Dalai Lama says the Body is just like a Pair of old Clothes and soon you have to discard it and get new Clothes and Yes! I thought Life came to a final ending but now believe as sure as the First Frost kills the Flowers 💐 they surely will be back next spring and Yes I was Ignorant in not Believing in God but Come to Realize every little thing Mankind does Weather build cars Airplanes ✈ or Makes a Medication that actually works is truly a Miracle of God! I believe that our Consciousness is Actually ' God' so what is the best name for God? We all are apart of God because we are Conscious and when we pass-on its God's decision weather to give us another Life! So make God Proud and be the best you can be, then Letting go will not be a problem ❤
