Mike Chioda is on the same level as Earl Hebner in my eyes. There are only a select group of refs I would pick to be on a wrestling super card and Mike Chioda is one of them.

Love Mike Chioda, favourite referee, always did a stellar job and seems genuinely down to earth guy
He sold a match really well I liked how he showed the belt at all 4 sides and he used to sell moves really well too
Mike is a legend in his own right. I loved it when he got aggressive back to the wrestlers.

I don’t think they ever targeted a guy like that where it could hurt their character. At least I can’t recall any. They probably would seriously get in trouble
