i had one i wish i still had it,i remember going down a dirt road side by side with a build omaga, the the olds held her own tho they were both walking side ways .i like mussel cars
My most favorite car! The 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme....My first one was black on black with white pen stripe! It had a 350 in it..but had air shocks on the rear end! I LOVED IT, & I'd love to have another one!!
I miss my '77. Got a couple videos on my channel (the first few videos I ever posted).. had a small block chevy in it when I bought it, but regardless, great car. Wish I'd never sold it.
Awesome car Jay! Love to see more of it. Reminds me of my high school car: a 78 Cadillac Coupe deville with an 8 track player... but it looks like you've replaced the 8 track player in the Cutlass. Oh well :/
+Nathan Kim 8 tracks are great, but unless you're into the music from the time that they were current you're pretty much shit out of luck with having tunes on the move...
+Nathan Kim I had no idea there was any such thing and I had no idea 8 tracks were recordable. I suspect a lot of other people didn't either. Clearly that makes a huge difference...
By now it's too late I'm guessing but I will say any time you guys come across a '70s anything, the default should be to show us rather than deny us. :p We all love old stuff, Jay ... and you're so old school I think you can relate.
@SpRiNgCoMa4372 0_0 I have a 2019 civic type r, but even the early 2000s type r civics were quick for what they were and could do 0-60 in 6.3 seconds. Even if you had 442 you'd still be only hitting 60 at 6.5 seconds at the fastest. Sound like you were racing stock economy cars with exhausts.
I could well be wrong, but if I was fault-finding on the Cutlass I'd probably start with the mechanical fuel pump on the engine, if the diaphragm is starting to fail it'll have trouble getting fuel up to the engine, and something else that can happen with those mechanical pumps is that the arm that runs off the crank or cam shaft to make the pump, well, pump can get worn which stops the pump working at full pressure. Beyond that there could be a leak in the fuel lines back to the tank which is letting air in and allowing the fuel to drain back, it wouldn't need to be much of a leak to allow the fuel to drain back overnight and make starting difficult as it tries to get fuel back up to the pump...
Love cutlasss had 76 350I seem to like the same types of cars your family has I love cutlass Dakotas grand marquis’s Toyota is the only car that I really like that you haven’t had is 70sFirebirds I would like to see that all the international school bus run since that’s what we had when I was a kid love the videos keep it up
I drove a 77 Cutless for my first car!, My dad refused to let me get a Camaro. He said once i turned 18 he would not mind. Well I did get a 1978 Camaro once I turned 18, And it was a lot of fun!!!
I love the 76 & 77 body style Cutlass Supreme. My mom aunt had a cream color 2 door Cutlass Supreme hardtop with a 350. I always thought it was a cool looking car with those super stock rally rims on a mid-size luxury coupe.
nice I had a very solid 84 cutlass supreme brougham, with a built tpi 305 1991 camaro rs motor, car had 72,423 mile, one rust hole and three dents,no headliner, got totaled though I loved that car!!
The 1976-'77 Buick Regal is the closest GM 'look-alike' car. The Regal is just slightly more beautiful and sophisticated than the Oldsmobile Cutlass...
I'd certainly love to see more on the Cutlass. Those J-bodies have a good following now, and that one looks very sound considering how badly they can rust so it's got to be worth a fair few bucks now...
Seeing that front grill and dash brought back some fond memories thanks. i got my licsense in a silver 76' cutlass s in 1980. it was my mothers...want to trade? : ) serious tho...
I love those old Cutli and Monte's, my first car was a 75 Monte Carlo, my second car was a 77 Monte Carlo and I gave $75 for a 77 Cutlass just like that one I drove for a year.
My dad wanted a 77 Cutlass when he was a kid He never got it His first car was a 57 Chevy Before you say oh that’s a nice car NO IT WASNT It’s V8 exploded so it was replaced with an INLINE 6 I think that says everything you need to know about the car

Of course!
I would love to see more of the Cutlass. I recently purchased one and need some content on fixing it myself.
77 cutty is awesome
That Cutlass is a seriously cool car. And it's cosmetically in pretty good shape apart from the steering wheel. Sounds great too.
Why thank you, she runs out very well too with that big block pushing her weight!
I'll bet not very many 77 Cutlasses were made with the 403... take care of this beast!
Cool car :)
Thanks!
Welcome :)
i had one i wish i still had it,i remember going down a dirt road side by side with a build omaga, the the olds held her own tho they were both walking side ways .i like mussel cars
Awesome Man! Look forward to all you’re vids!
My most favorite car! The 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme....My first one was black on black with white pen stripe! It had a 350 in it..but had air shocks on the rear end! I LOVED IT, & I'd love to have another one!!

We tried getting rid of this one years ago , and nobody wanted it
How much were you asking for it?
Carnage Racing when it was listed I was asking 1300$
im in love with both the datsun and the cutlass

Had a Cutlass. Loved it.
I LOVE the blue Datsun.

True, but you can always record new music on the 8 track with the 8 track recorder. ^^
+Nathan Kim I had no idea there was any such thing and I had no idea 8 tracks were recordable. I suspect a lot of other people didn't either. Clearly that makes a huge difference...
Def need to see more of the cutlass I have a 76 and 77 Monte
Nice supreme that car will run when all these computer cars and sensors play out

LOL.. when it finally starts, and your buddy outside yells, "It's aliiiiiive!!!" So funny. That's an awesome engine sound.
Can't beat the sound of a V-8
Your buddy musta seen Jim Carrey in the original "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective" (1994)
@@robis40 *carburated v8, injected sounds different.
My first car was a 77 Supreme 350 rocket. I just bought a 77 Salon to restore, but always looking for the next Cutlass. LOVE this car!!
Hell yeah more Cutlass! Just subscribed
My uncle had a 1978 cutlass Calais. Cutlasses are awesome
By now it's too late I'm guessing but I will say any time you guys come across a '70s anything, the default should be to show us rather than deny us. :p We all love old stuff, Jay ... and you're so old school I think you can relate.
we need to see that cutlass some more, love old American muscle..
I agree but I am not sure if I would describe a 1977 Cutlass as muscle. A nice car, though.
@SpRiNgCoMa4372 0_0 From the factory, it wasn't a muscle car. I love the Cutlasses. It wasnt an insult.
@@bg147 it’s a muscle car a camaro is not a muscle car a mustang is not a muscle car either.
@SpRiNgCoMa4372 0_0 my stock civic would obliterate your cutless.
Love the Cutlass! It's a great looking car.
cool car cool vid
Ohh that burnout that a “hell to the f$&@?! Yeah”

I love 73-77' GM A body cars. Especially 73'-75' Pontiacs!
Love that fake wood grain!
For sure! They dont make them like they use to

Love cutlasss had 76 350I seem to like the same types of cars your family has I love cutlass Dakotas grand marquis’s Toyota is the only car that I really like that you haven’t had is 70sFirebirds I would like to see that all the international school bus run since that’s what we had when I was a kid love the videos keep it up

my favorite car I had a blk on black with gold pinstripe in 78 gorgeous
I'm wondering if you guys still have it
Love that cutlass!
The 77 Cutlas is an iconic design. A 5-spoke Cragar-type wheel sets it off perfectly. I recommend more love for this ride.
I recently had a tree fall on it ... soo.... It needs some love
A tree fell on it. That sucks.
The original wheels look best, in my opinion.
The 1976-'77 Buick Regal is the closest GM 'look-alike' car.
The Regal is just slightly more beautiful and sophisticated than the Oldsmobile Cutlass...
More of the cuttlass
I’ll take the olds any day
Def could we see the cutlass
It definitely reminds me of the sound of an Olds Cutlass.... the starter, the exhaust, etc.
love cutlass supremes
Literally my dream car. Is it for sale?
That olds is fukin badass
My dad will get a 1978 one it will get all the things new on it
That's fucking nice
Cool old Cutlasses R awesome. Do something good with it.
: ) serious tho...
what do you have to trade?
I love those old Cutli and Monte's, my first car was a 75 Monte Carlo, my second car was a 77 Monte Carlo and I gave $75 for a 77 Cutlass just like that one I drove for a year.
love the 76-77 cutlass supreme

Yes sir! Only the good stuff through my speakers!

You dont, you just drive it like you stole it. And pray nothing breaks lol
My dad wanted a 77 Cutlass when he was a kid
He never got it
His first car was a 57 Chevy
Before you say oh that’s a nice car
NO IT WASNT
It’s V8 exploded so it was replaced with an INLINE 6
I think that says everything you need to know about the car
I had a datsun 210 2 door 4 speed i loved that little car it was a blast to drive
that Cutlass supreme is ready to go across country.
I had a 73 Cutlass with a 350 rocket that would burn the tires off. Love to see more of it .
I loved mine. It was white on white with t-tops shifter on the floor.
Cool car
my dad once had a 1982 Olds Cutlass Supreme. i loved that old car... no idea what kind of engine it had in it to be honest tho.
I owned one like that by mine was white
i always loved the older Oldsmobile emblem, the jet
1978 Grand Prix :D still running strong
Nice car!

Unless someone changed the motor it's a 350 like the 75 I had but it's not a sought after one being a windowed block but 350 hp
