Nice I had a 77 cutlass supreme brougham 350 olds dark brown with tan half vinyl top same interior as yours very nice car I had it in 85 so only 8 years old bought it off my older brother for a 1000 canadian it was a very beautiful car 15” rallies
SAL, GREAT LOOKING OLDS, I HAD ONE, A 76, IT WAS MY DADS, TOTAL GAS HOG, BUT IT WAS SUCH A SMOOTH RIDING, GOOD LOOKING CAR, IT WAS GMs TOP SELLER IN THOSE YRS, YOU SAW SO MANY CUTLASSES ON THE ROAD IN THOSE DAYS. YOURS IS PROBABLY THE NICEST I'VE SEEN, and i've seen many here in Ca. enjoy it. From Orange County, ca.
Shes beautiful, I had a 1977 cutlass salon triple black and back in 1989 in queens where I live it was like everyone I knew had a 1977 in all diffrent colors and styles mine was the only one that was a salon but I wanted to say you did a great job and all the best to you and your beautiful cutlass I know you will be collecting alot of 🏆🥇cause you don't really see them around and you don't see them as mint as yours 👌 ...the 1977 till this day is my favorite car from the 70's
Thanks appreciate it. Yeah for being one of the most popular cars in 77, you dont see many around at all. When I had mine in the Bronx back in the day, seemed like there were so many around. It does get a lot of attention and brings back memories to many people
The wheels here are the Chrome 15x8's offered in late 80's 442's and the car had 245/60's on it. I am not 100% certain of the offset but I think they are 4.5" offset. I think they were made by "Specialty Wheels" back in the early 2000's. I have since changed the wheels to 15x7 SS II wheels and now I am running 235/70's on the car. I changed the wheels and tires two years ago and must say the car drives like a totally different car since the swap. It runs much nicer in my opinion. Softer ride and just feels so much better. Hope that helps
Hi sal met you at n.e. olds show 2 years ago in ct. I was parked next to you with my white and red 77 cutlass I am going to change wheels and tires to the same type you have I love that look where did you purchase them looking forward to seeing you and and your great 77 again at the next show
Peter, thanks for the compliments but your 77 is the nicest I have seen to date. The tires and wheels you saw came with the car. Those wheels were 15x 8 rims from a 87 442 I think. The tires I had on the car were 255/60/15. I have replaced them with stock 15x7 SSII wheels and went to 235/70/15 BF Goodrich T/A’s. I am driving it to Tennessee in august for the OCA Nationals. The old rims and tires looked good but I am partial to the stock look. I can ask the former owner of my car where he got the rims
When I bought the car, it didn't have the side moldings. I was thinking of putting them on, but many have told me to leave it as is. Maybe one day I will have them put on the car.
@@salb58 Can your friend get the weather stripping for the hurst t tops. My 1977 cutlass weather strip for the t tops is worn and leaking on mine . Let me know please . thanks
@@edg3363 I can ask him about getting weather stripping for the t-tops. I do know Steele has the version II t-tops weather stripping for sale. I think they are a little pricey but hear their weather stripping fits well and looks great.
Wow, Didn't Know These Came With 403s In 1977. My Mother Had A 403 1977 BUICK RIVIERA! MONSTER!!
I don't even like this model yr cutlass but the work that was put into this one is showcar level and i would buy this one in a heart beat😍💪🏾

That's a beautiful car bro you did a really good job whatever happened to the side moldings.

@@salb58
Without the side moldings, it appears to be sporty.

@@ericbiggerstaff1680 The Brougham package included the Brougham interior. The interior is all original
