I just so want a dedicated vid about Seans work history, he's done so much! And the knife skills and all that, its just so interesting. I'm sure Sean thinks its dullsville and wont want to, but please please do!
Just wanted to share the fact that we loved seeing the video by Vic & Jo of Holly the cafeboat where she uses your marmalade. Too bad we don’t live in the UK otherwise we could have tried a cake by Joanna with your marmalade. 👍🏽 Too bad I am not allowed to share the link, but if people are curious they can look it up. Meanwhile we are thrilled to see two lovely UA-cam channels linked to one another!🎉
My two jars arrived and it is delicious. I got the one with whiskey. One jar for me and one as a surprise for my son in law. Glad you could send to me here in Ohio USA.
Managed to get a jar of the whisky and orange jam for my Dad as his Father's Day present.Hes a real marmalade aficionado utterly raving about it - says its the best marmalade he's ever had. Earned a lot of brownie points!
Some comments and a suggestion. You two are brilliant together. Your interests, commentary, projects, and stellar production are first-rate. I can't praise you enough. You make my day. I look forward to the marmalade becoming available to the United States. Have you considered taking a month each year to rent a narrow boat and explore? I loved your travelogue. I can imagine what a major undertaking that would be. Regardless, thank you for what you do and share.
Hi, have ordered 2 jars. I don't doubt it will taste as good as it looks, I can't wait for it to arrive. Thank you Shaun for your expertise. I hope to be trying your honey later, Colin and bee's ❤🐝🐝🐝🍯
👍👍👍👍👍 I definitely got my hands up for a cooking video, got to give Shaun some credit he's worked really hard to make some marmalade just like you and your honey Colin, in a way you both deserve some credit because you both work really hard for it. Hope you both have a lovely evening and a lovely weekend.
We always make a 'Christmas Marmalade' made from all the uneaten citruses post Christmas. Think Lemon, limes, grapefruit as well as all the various types of oranges. I wonder if Mead would taste similar to the whiskey marmalade
Thanks Shaun. I ordered the orange and the whiskey one when you released to members. Just popped on for the orange and lemon as that was OOS the other day. Bring on the toast!!
My guess is that you were sold out of all 4 kinds of marmalade two minutes after this vlog went live!😂 congrats on your newest venture. The jars and contents look VERY classy and YUMMY!
You are the former chef for HMY! This is EEEEEEEEEVERYTHING!!! This is the most special kind of your videos. I have such respect!!! You fed the queen!!!
You’re both looking well & glowing, it’s all that lovely Highland air & sun 🌞 😁 Shaun you’re so brill at teaching the cooking 😎 but I totally get the time it takes when filming for a vlog would put you off doing it again. What about a “Cook-along LIVE with Shaun” You know a kinda fly on the wall, what could possibly go wrong 🫣🤭😇 Em 💜
I think your house must smell great - either marmalade or honey, fantastic! I see the marmalade has sold out already - great stuff! I assume Shaun is not allowed out of the kitchen now to keep stock levels up 😜
You two are the most wonderful couple! Together, you will be very successful. I'm in the US, I'm not sure if you can ship to us yet. Much love to you both
Best wishes for your marmalade business. I probably don’t have to remind you to maintain your work/life balance. It’s certainly a great occupation for the many less than spectacular weather days up there, I just hope when the weather turns nice you do get out and enjoy it. Cheers, and ATB!
Poor Shaun. He'll never be able to keep up with the demand. I will get in line and wait my turn once you can ship to the USA. Thanks for all your work to make both the honey and marmalade available.
Here in Nottinghamshire, we usually get Seville oranges in the supermarkets and farms shops from about January until March. I usually make several batches of Seville orange marmalade with the fresh oranges, but I have frozen them for later use. I also make a marmalade from sweet orange + lemon + grapefruit, which is also delicious. I find marmalades make great presents, so I always like to keep a stock.
Sound Like the marmalade is a BIG Success. Iots ordering 3 jars said one comment:) lots of 🤗 Love your channel Alway nice visit to see what's happening around your beautiful home :) much joy 🫖🌃🤗🥃👍🐝🥖 West Coast 🇨🇦 🥃🤗
We're such suckers for a good marmalade - it's so hard to come by over on this side of the pond! Most marmalade in the US tastes like orange squash that accidentally got too much sugar put in it! Has Shaun ever thought about turning his hand to trying to make some perfect Scottish tablet? It's only a little sweet! ;-)
Oh, I might try marmalade without the peel. My mum made marmalade for my dad, along with pickles, chutneys etc and I didn't like it but I'm up for trying yours, thankyou fellas, stay safe and well don't work hard xx😊
I havent been able to find ur email either. So disappointed that i cant come to the wedding. Australia is just to expensive as we are so far away. I wish u both the best always.
I might be pushing my luck here but... I can't be the only one who loves jam. Apricot, blackcurrant, raspberry. Thank you for not killing me via cyber P. So I am UK based. ❤😂
Used to have supper at my great aunts, from age three to around eight my 'job' was to stir her pot of marmalade until it was ready to pour into a couple of bottles then heat a small pan of paraffin to make a cover complete with a piece of string. Then it was on to mashing the potatoes and dipping the vegetables out of the pots for supper. Some great conversations while parents, grandmother and older brothers were in the living room. Think she recognized that I was like her with unknown undiagnosed ASD and ADHD plus a gay friend hooked her up with her husband as she didn't 'have the time to find a husband'.❤❤ I'll have to wait until you add Canada to shipping locations 😢
@@FoxesAfloat sorry in my head it was right….. I’m asking if your delicious Marmalade will be available for shipping to Australia you said Europe and the US. Apologies I should have worded it better.
Hi guys from Canada, would love to know as we are a Commonwealth country why you are able to sell in the USA first. Not being cranky, honest question. Looking forward to ordering

re: photos of how you can use your marmalade - you can take a photo of spreading it on your crumpet. 😂 Also - Colin is that a new tattoo on the side of your neck - don't recall ever seeing it before?
For the last 15 year I've been trying to find the perfect whiskey to make a marmalade with, I have yet to find one so I'll keep trying different whiskies, I suspect it might take another 15 year!

A huge groovy congrats to the both of you. I hope all your yummies come to America soon.
Would love to see occasional cooking videos from Shaun. Good looks, personality, and talent. Why not? 😊
Looks very nice,
You should have had an honesty box when you lived in Castleford. That would have worked very well 😂
Shaun is very modest when it comes to his many talents and that's ok.
The Highland Orange Grove…has a nice ring to it 😅 x
Yea, orange marmalade is my favorite. USA here, very happy to wait, no problem at all and thank you both. 🥰❤🍊🍊
ALL the marmalades look yummy! Anxious to have delivery to the US! ❤🐾🐾❤️
Wonderful and all with natural ingredients and no additives. Hard work will pay off. James.

Still not happening. Sorry!

Would love to know where you are finding Seville oranges, I haven’t seen them in the greengrocers for years and no supermarkets have them.
We have a reliable supplier 👍🏻

Not marmalade related. Today, just up the road from where I live, Peak District, I saw a small herd of Highland cows. Wow. I thought of you two.😊

Shaun if I try making this marmalade . Do you have to use the rind from the oranges n lemons ? Or can I leave it out ? ❤
yes, you do, cut into strips, but you can strain them out after cooking if you want shredless. x
