NOT WITH DEMOCRAT POLITICS AND THEIR DESTRUCTIVE POLICIES that would fight against anything you would want to do. Such as defund the police, catch and release, no standardized tests in black schools, no punishment for students in schools or just in-school suspensions, low academic standards, etc. etc.. etc. open borders, etc. lax tenant, landlord policies, etc.
This video was recorded on a Sunday, after 5 PM! I know by the surrounding businesses that are closed, giving me the day and time. I say that because I live in this neighborhood and agree with what you are saying. I was born and raised in this neighborhood and 2nd generation owner of my home.
Detroit Stand Up 💪🏽#MoTown
AD....Some may not notice it when they watch this video, but your situational awareness is on point. It was like looking at myself when I move throughout the day...haha.
Ive personally seen Black people attempt to buy back the block: get complete destroyed or financially ruined. You have to move the trash out before you try!
U have to not put ur face up...black hates black
More people have benefitted then loss
Yeah why bring business to the city when those hoodlums just going to make the area hot. They keep the money away with all that silly street sht
Just for thought 🤔 wonder how Detroit would be if all the black middle/upper class would have stayed in the city versus moving to “white” suburbs. We potentially could have had great communities with all types of black owned businesses thriving. We could take control and chase out the crime. Back when I was growing up in Detroit in the 70’s/80’s. We had great communities and everyone took pride in their homes. We played outside with no threat of being shot not to mentioned how healthy /fit were.
Those times are long gone.
I tell folks this all the time…with the black leadership the city had for decades Detroit could have easily been the Atlanta of the north. I believe black folks in Detroit got too hyped up in competition with each other and trying to stunt instead of working together. This is why middle class/upper middle class black folks in Detroit moved to the suburbs for prestige and image to compete…It’s sad because young white folks and millennials are finding value in Detroit and gentrifying the city.
It would be the same…gov would have found some way for tax foreclosures or burn the establishment, inhabitants still would have robbed, and the upper middle class would have stayed in their communities. You can’t simply think we’d have successful businesses when those individuals hold degreees and the bulk of the ppl that live there are blue collar workers. Only a very select number of jobs would have been created. Those individuals didn’t own the plants the plants left for the suburbs. So imo it would be worse for the wealthy because we wouldn’t even have the wealth transfer that exist for todays blk people in the suburbs.
Maybe the problem is thinking in such communitarian ways to begin with. Maybe the real solution is to focus on you, your family, and pay zero attention to people who happen to share ethnicity.
@@6packproductions710 people need people to survive. You focus on others to understand the needs of an environment housing, medical, infrastructure, etc. no society is successful without focusing on the needs of others if so please name 1. If this were the case farming, water resources, electricity, clothing, cooking, etc. would all be things to source for each individual home. Not for a community to thrive from. So let me know where said statement would make sense in any society.
Parking on the grass! Lmao that's a big one that gets me..
Someone has to do it! It's great that you're smart enough to know better and equipped to do better! That's what these cities need!
Thank Anton really appreciate you bro
I'm looking at my neighborhood when I watch this. Liberty Foods is the grocery store directly across the street. It's on Six Mile between the Lodge Freeway and Wyoming
Wow! I never knew that spot was over there! I have to check it out!
I grew up near 6 mile & Wyoming. I love the city. I’ve been thinking about moving back to the city too. I’m currently in macomb county.
Smart move. You will never lose when your mentality is based on building. The fact that it's not about building just for yourself is even more impactful. I've been thinking about moving back to the city myself and doing the same thing.
That is a fairytale my friend. And you absolutely can lose MONEY!
There is always a "risk". But if you have an abundant mindset you know that you possess what it takes to be able to combat whatever may be thrown your way, and turn it into a lucrative opportunity. There's money everywhere. We can't be afraid to go get it.
Anton , i would buy as much vacant land and lots as close to downtown detroit as possible
Hell you can buy a whole block in Detroit for about 20k
🤣
Yeah you can but a lot of the vacant land has been rezoned a rain absorbing land to help with flooding so you won’t necessarily be able to build for years if ever again
Salute to you my fellow black man..standing on business. Inspirational
Invest more in smaller cities and towns. That'd be a better long term play.
its a lot of money moving around marygrove area. more cops too
Blessing on moving Righteous 🙏🏿
I like the chicken and waffles spot
My brother and I was just having a similar conversation.
I watched your podcast and heard you say you haven't figured out what's going on in America. I think if you look into the United Nations, Amnesty International, and the New World Order agendas, it may become clearer. At Yale University we were taught some strategies to bring this forth. Thank you for your work. It's something that I know I should do but have not yet gotten the courage and will to educate my community,
@lisashell5919 I work at Yale University, and your comment about how the University is teaching strategies to help bring about a New World Order is very concerning and alarming to me. I have been feeling something off about Yale since I started working there almost 4 years ago. You have put a piece of why I feel the way I do out there.
Your amazing for the things you are doing
Anton will you still have a nice view of downtown once they build that new hotel next Huntington Place?
Lead by example good deal
Probably changed that young man’s life with that fist bump.
Confirmation that it’s touchable.
Remember pre Joe Clark, and with Joe Clark! Things had to change.
If you don't bill gates will
you around the corner from me! fuck liberty tho😅
Do both sky the limit
I grew up in northwest Detroit , Grand River /Shaefer , it was a white neighborhood, i liked it !
Buy the city bro.
I’m trying to build fitness community…
I follow another guy on UA-cam. The Shea Show. He's from Detroit
It's funny how rich people down poor people until they need poor people to continue to make them rich. I just see a lot of hypocrisy with this dude...
Anton Bagman💰 Daniel's enjoying the shroll in downtown Detroit i believe yes? But all jokes aside much regards and prayers bro.🙏🏼👍🏼
This not downtown it’s the west side
