Beautifully filmed (as usual) with a very important message which will assist greatly in encouraging co-operation around water use and sustainability.

thank you for spreading and creating awareness of how precious our water resources are & wonderful to see such collaboration and how environmentally aware farmers are becoming to sustainable farming -" the power of documentaries making a difference "

    Great video guys.
Question: Why do see new fields being developed (land be cleared of indigenous veld) whilst driving down the N7 (Citrusdal to Clanwilliam).
Is there sufficient water allocated for these new fields?

Absolutely mindboggling. No use some farmers conserve water but thousands of hectare indigenous land are being worked and planted with fruit trees.

I close my eyes when I travel along the Olifants “river” . But stil every three months I drive it there are millions of new trees been planted. In critical areas. So doesnt matter what you do it will be void of meaning conservation wise. There should just be legislation now that stop farming that need river water point.
