Thanks for speaking somewhat straight and less emotional about Spurs. Son on left and second striker for Richie competition and another winger (or 2 I believe….Deki moves to back up 10 and 8). Back up full backs and you are good….but priority is to get rid of all the players that need/want to go…no more loan stuff. And personally would prefer Salanky to Toney, and if English quota wasn’t an issue Embuemo from Brentford will be my no 1 target for Ange’s system, presses well, breaks, strong defensive, relentless runner…him on either wing would be ideal.

@@barnabyslater_ Yes but he played mostly central mid at Dortmund and has all the attributes to still excel there. I think Ancelotti plays him as a 10 because there's not another top option there. Lots of wingers and DMs at Real.

They used to talk about “the boot room” back in the day, continuity was key to the philosophy at the club back then. Slot might carry on where Klopp has left off, not really total dominance though is it? Great side and club, can’t deny it. Spurs, all clubs should strive to be more like ‘em.

Think you’re a bit premature with your clueless Chelsea owner comments. It remains to be seen exactly what their actions will produce. As a season ticket holder, I will reserve my judgment until next season, when we’ll see the outcome. They’ll obviously buy a centre back and a top centre forward, who’ll team up with Nkunku upfront. They’ve bought some unbelievable young talent who have been out on loan this season. Whoever is the new manager, he’ll have a superb squad to work with, including hopefully players who were injured for a great deal of this season, Reese James, Wesley Fofana, Levi Colwill, Ben Chilwell, Romeo Lavia and of course the best goalscorer at the club Nkunku. They will hopefully sell Broja, Chalobah, Gallagher, Kepa, Sarr and bring in some money. I believe the future is extremely rosy for Chelsea, only time will tell.
You may well be right mate. A lot of my family are Chelsea fans and they describe it as a circus. It’s certainly a new way of doing things! I do think Poch was a good manager for that young squad though

Really strange by Chelsea. The only recent PL managers more obsessed with possession than Poch are Pep, Ange, De Zerbi, and maybe Kompany (even though his poor squad means it's ineffective). Even klopp is more of a counter attack manager.
