Played from a third-person perspective, the game takes place in Washington D.C. 7 months after its predecessor, in which a civil war between survivors and villainous bands of marauders breaks out In the game, players can cooperate with each other to complete objectives. The game will also feature raids, which can be completed by up to 8 players.

The game is being worked on by Massive Entertainment.Evaluating the feedback from players regarding the first game, Massive Entertainment planned to include more game content at launch and improve the endgame.The game's endgame development was prioritized by Massive Entertainment after hearing players' complaints from the first game.
The game was announced on March 9, 2018, by Ubisoft, with the first gameplay footage being premiered at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018 in June 2018, In the Expo, Ubisoft confirmed that the game will be released on 15 March 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A private beta is set to launch prior to the game release. The beta started on February 7, 2019 and ended four days later on February. After the game's release, three episodes of downloadable content, which add new story content and gameplay modes, will be released for all players.

Why companion? Why wicked? Those only proc if youre near a skill/doing status effects. Youd be better off with obliterate and unstoppable force, which dont require being near a skill or applying a status effect.

@@AaaAlex02 "you're welcome" LMFAO I'm aware of how his setup works. I'm just saying that obliterate and unstoppable force is a far superior setup than the bullshit this guy is running. You get 25% weapon damage from obliterate. You get 25% weapon damage from unstoppable force. That's 50% weapon damage from just shooting people and getting kills. Why use talents that require extra work? It isn't optimal. If you wanna run this guy's subpar setup, be my guest.

Intimidate & Ad Rush/Bloodsucker is by far a better setup. But I wouldn’t expect anything of value to come out of these videos - I recall you claiming you had a “secret game breaking build that you needed to use before the developers removed it”, and it was a 4 piece Striker with a Belstone piece & whatever else. That's what I do too. With Hunters fury as well. I use an Aug with killer. Sometimes Lady Death. I've seen 1,087,000 damage in solo play. I'm shd level 800 fyi
