Bro, your video is amazingly clear, concise and very detailed. I really appreciate you taking the time to do all this. It will help me a lot in the future. Thank you Bro.
After doing suspension install on this model Corolla a few times and watching several other install videos, you mention the part that everyone gets stuck on: the rear shock bottom bolt. Taking the 22mm isn't the problem, it's sliding the lower shock mount off the stud. (which you are one of the few that mention this) I've seen most other videos show them taking the 22mm off, then taking the 12mm stud out (eg your video). Let me tell you, that stud is in super tight and not only a hassle w/ long reach tools, but you're going to have one heck of a time getting regular impacts (num/elec) in there AND putting it back in. There's a better method than what you described. You should pull out the 14mm bolt at the top of the spindle instead. The 17mm nut on the other side will generally stay put until you get things loose, then you can use a 17mm to hold it. The reason why this is so important for everyone trying to get the shock off the stud is the 20degree downward angle (as you did a good job mentioning) This allows to spindle to freely rotate and consequently, the angle of that lower bolt. Once you have that top bolt of the spindle assembly off, it's super easy to slide on and off; you don't even need to take off the lower ctrl arm, spring or even conecting rod. (but you might want to remove that support rod for wrenching room). The 7/8th wrench you describe is not the best way to go about it; it's a 22mm that if you take off the support rod, is easy to hit with a wrench coming from straight underneath. Again, hitting the lower shock mount off will rake it across the threads and it is not ideal to do when you can slide it near effortlessly with the top spindle mount bolts out. The other part that will come in helpful is having a secondary scissor or bottle jack to push up on your spindle as this helps align your suspension mounting holes and allows you to screw everything back together. I'll try to post this on other Corolla install videos as it is really the only thing that I see frustrates the install. P.S. I really like how you zoom in during your shots.
Can’t believe I stumbled across this, about a year ago we had a convo in the insta DM’s about Corolla coilovers and you mentioned I should make an install vid. We’ll let me tell you this is 1000x better than the one I would’ve made. Good shit man. Clean Corolla too 💪🏻
i had coils on my corolla, hated the ride quality, put the oem suspension back on, now i hate the ride height but i don’t wanna go through the nightmare of changing the suspension again 😭
But getting too low is impractical and when the conditions of the roads are shithouse with pot holes and lumps and bumps lowering ride height to when your Tyers are almost scraping the wheel arches is no good. Your lucky you have smooth roads to drive on and you can lower your car like this.

Of course brotha! Thanks for the support and watching!

Killer comment bro, read the whole thing and will definitely try to put it to use whenever I remove it again. Thanks for the comment and support!

Loving my BCs so far, maybe a better spring rate would do the trick for you if you go back in the future!
5 months in how are you liking it? Do you have an IG page for your car?
@tsuki_cheisa brotha! Loving them
Do you have what you have the coils you ordered I’ve been struggling to make sure I get the correct coilivers
I just searched up my year make and model brotha. The customer support reps would be a better resource wherever you buy them!
