Hi mate, great video! I have one question: where are you able to get the config files from for the kits + logos? Is this downloadable or something we can retrieve from the editor to copy into the new folder?
If you’ve got a kit pack or logo pack downloaded already just copy the config file and remove all of the other rows - making sure to rename one for the club id of the team you’ve created. The editor tells you the location you need to reference.
If I want to start a save with my own club, is it better to do it using this method, or can I use the in-game create-a-club feature to replace an existing club with mine? Which one is the most stable way to do it for a long term save? I've tried the in game feature before and got some transfer revenue percentage issues, where the return profit for player sales would default to 0% and be unchangeable.
I’ve never properly done the in game method myself. From what I know you just take over an existing club with a cosmetic change. So if you want a complete fresh start this is the way to go.

I made them in Gimp. Honestly did them in a rush so great to hear they look good! FC12 kit templates are available on both our and the FM Slovakia website.

Is it possible to have the logos, icon and kits permanent on the database so when others load my editor database my created team will have the graphics I made and not the games generic stuff?
Include the graphics and config file(s) in the download. Unfortunately the Unique ID's created can be different depending on what other databases you are running so they sometimes don't align with what you set them as.
If you follow the steps I did in this video and make sure you have "Add Players to Playable Teams" unticked in the advanced options when you select which leagues to load your new club will start with no players. Select "Do Not Add Key Staff" if you want a fully empty staff team as well.

Likely an issue with the config file - can be tricky to get the mapping right if you've never done it before. Double check you've got the files in the same folder and go through a bit of trial and error to see if you can get it working. Happy to help if you need it.

you would have to create the location in the pre game editor

What software did u use to make your kits for your created club
I just used GIMP (very poorly) - I downloaded the FC12 templates from our partners at FM Slovakia.
