250$ is already nearing Hot Toys terrotory, you can get a Mafex TDK Joker and Batman tgat come with great accessories or even a 3rd party figure/ figures that also come with lots of stuff. And this excuse with the R rating is bogus, Hasbro should ve done the same for Deadpool and Wolverine
@@tonileo9849 I forgot to mention those but you’re right. Hasbro probably would have killed to charge more for R rated figures but they had the sense not to do that lol
Good to see collectors calling out this bullshit. I don’t think you should apologize as much -if someone buys this for that price they are an objectively foolish person and is the reason why Todd thinks he can keep doing this, and is not challenged to innovate. So glad Tamashii Nations has a bit of a ways to get to this level of bullshit
@@taketheshot247 I wouldn’t say EVERYONE buying it is foolish BUT you know people will blindly buy this because of Todd and/or the Joker movie. And like you said, Todd has no reason to do better.
This is a blasphemous, outrageous, malignant tumor on the butts of collecting!! 250$!? U can get tires, phones, PCs, food, cat fancy stuff, dog shampoo, electric garage door opener, can opener, paper supplies, bait and tackle, women's shoes and accessories etc. all for the same$__$$$ ha ha ha ha ha ha 😂❤
Everything looks fine, standard McFarlane ware and he is getting better but $150 should have been the maximum this thing cost. Anything over that price point is greed
@ Agreed. Usually McFarlane is pretty good on price but this is just ridiculous. I wonder if Amazon has their hand in his pocket for this and that factors in
You are right TF Nut ! I don't want the set but even if I did I wouldn't pay that insane price for it. I've been collecting the McFarlane 1966 Adam West Batman series figures and I haven't purchased 1966 Mr. Freeze because he doesn't even come with his Freeze gun which is his signature weapon. Recently I saw the McFarlane Ben Affleck Batman two pack that comes with Battle Damage Armored Batman with Knightmare Batman and it comes with tons of realistic guns. Now the two pack you are showing comes with a gun. I've seen a Todd McFarlane interview where he blamed DC Comics for not allowing him to put guns with the figures but either way it's really dumb for the McFarlane DC figures to not be allowed to have guns for so long then give them to select figures.
Who wants a Robert Deniro figure?!?! Not me, wait till the scalpers get their grubby little mits on them. It makes me laugh McFarlane's excuse because it's an adult audience collectable in the UK it was a 15 cert but looks at all the other films he's done with a 15 cert batman, batman returns, the batman he talks crap, his quote "the money doesn't interest me" again crap.
@@crzdcolombian idk if it’s super fair to compare it to legos like that but I see what you mean, especially compared to something like the council of Elrond set that I’ll probably never own 😭
'We can't help it, they're MAKING us charge you this much' is possibly the weakest excuse I've ever heard from a major toy company.

Lmao, that Todd voice at the end 😂
Adults still buying toys. Who can blame Todd?
You nailed it. The excuse is so lame that it even hurts my brain, just to think that some fools believe that. You got a new subscriber. Keep it up.
Thanks for subbing!
Deadpool is mature rated and they don’t mark up those figures
IT'S PRICED LIKE A GODDAMN HASLAB GALACTUS ffs
THATS WHAT I’M SAYIN LOL
WB is desperate to make back the money they've lost because of Joker 2

What about paying over $300 for an unlicensed joker figure.
Theyre trying to recover lost revenue from the joker sequel lol
Lmao WB got Todd by the nards 😭
Of all the DC big projects they could do, they choose this? Why not a 60's convertible for batman, or a bat tumbler? just spitballing
