Thank you for this tutorial. I struggled with this last summer. Thanks to your easy explanation I was able to make one in one sitting. Ready for next step. Yeah!
I am so excited for this series as I have fallen in love with this style of beading. The only thing I have a hard time following the written instructions. Thank you so much for teaching this lovely pattern. I swear you are the best teacher. Time to order some beads Yeah
Thanks so much for all you do for us, Kelly. I have been fascinated by these ornaments for a while now, but since I'm more of a "visual" learner, these videos are going to really be helpful in learning to do them.
So excited to see you doing these tutorials! I've been really interested in both this and the kaleidocycle, and I find you really easy to learn from. Hopefully, I'll be able to join in soon, right after I finish up some projects I have a deadline for. Thank you so much for taking on these projects, and a big thank you to the designers who allow you to share their work. 🙂
Kelly this looks like so much fun! I love that you are continuing with the 3D delica projects! I really loved the Kalidocycle and I hope I enjoy this one! I can't wait to see what we do next! Thank you so very much for teaching this and for your awesome instructions! You are the best! 😁😁😁 Take Care and have a wonderful week as well. ❤❤❤
The video series will be finished by the middle of November in plenty of time for Christmas. You can also download the free pattern that is listed under the video and give it a whirl without the videos.
I have made my pod and am rarin to go. However, I plan on making more than one. Do I need to make a new pod for each ornament? If so, I can make them while anticipating the next segment. Thanks, Kelly
I have remade this 4 times and I am not ending in the right place. I started with 20 and I am passing through 2 beads, but I am ending with the same color that I started with, I don’t know what I did wrong!
Take your time and if it helps slow the video down so you can see how she is moving through the beads. She is going through the same bead before advancing to the next bead. I hope this helps cause this is how I learn new techniques. Kelly is a wonderful teacher.
When you pass through the two beads you need to be passing through the bead you are exiting and then the next bead. The next bead gets the next color of 11/0's and then you pass back through that bead and the next bead. If you are ending with the same color next to each other you are skipping too many beads. It will be helpful if you also watch the animation video I linked to in the video description.

Thank you Kelly.I got the pattern a while ago,but it seemed beyond my capability
Yeah can’t wait! Your red and white delicas are gone already!
HEY-EY! How do you get a hard-copy of the Casting Pod instructions? I see only the soundless video in CGB site,
Is there anyway you can speed these videos up so I have time to learn and make them before Christmas?

Fantastic! The of is re-usable. You will use the same pod for all the ornaments you want to make.
How long does it take for this project? I e been beading for over 25 years. I love delicas!
@@JeanKlemmer it will take approximately 6-8 hours total
