Regarding the observation that the song was into the contemporary disco groove, Feroz Khan was always a contemporary film maker. In fact Qurbani was also shot quite a bit in the UK. Indian films which were set typically in urban storylines have blended western and Indian elements right from the inception of the industry.
Good Lord Zeenat Aman in a sequened nightclub dress as a 4 year old watching her in 1980 and this classic movie. Never gets old. Great lyrics and hot woman 🔥 nice video and perfectly captures that 70s disco funk vibe that spilled Into the 80s. A testament that this song is still better than 9/10 bollywood trash that comes out now. Well done and great vid 👍
