What are the best practice settings for the arb? I have shares of mstr that I would flip but prolly some I would not (it seems) because of cost basis. Wonder also if you could use arb cloud with well placed long calls. Great channel!
Looking at sats/share. Does that mean that 1000 shares is the equivilent of 1.58 BTC. If you sold 1000 shares and bought BTC you would get a lot more BTC than that. Or have I screwed the numbers up.

Can you give me a brief over view of how the accretion works? I watched a video but not one that was directed at mstr. Is the accretion mostly from bonds or is it also from the dilution? I thought when the bond comes due they have to option of cashing in the bonds or taking stock. Do they not get stock of the amount it raised since they bought the bond? I guess to the average person like me we think if you issue extra shares and but bitcoin with the money the extra shares make it a wash as far as the amount of bitcoin that backs each share.
How can we know how the price action will happen with Microstrategy when they dilute their stock by billions of stock despite filling their stock with BTC shortly thereafter?
The biggest problem (bar knowing when) with 'flipping' between BTC and MSTR is CGT is owed on crypto, not so on MSTR held in a UK ISA (tax free). So all this flipping means you're attracting HMRC eyes and if you're not keeping accurate records and paying HMRC then fines will likely kill any profits and more. MSTR in an ISA and leave it. It's time in the market, not timing the market. But I guess there would be no content to be made 😂
I got a notice to effectively increase the number of outstanding shares quite significantly. Isn't this just share dimunition, which will effectively negate all this talk of increasing the BTC per share?
