No need to shout at her. Have YOU never ever missed a day of walking your dog? I have and we both coped. Loki sleeps in her kennel at night and she naps there and enjoys it. On rare occasions she goes in when a repair person is in the house and also maybe when she films a haul (which are 30 minutes long or less. Loki gets 2 walks a day and she romps in the fenced-in area. You only see about 2 hours a week of their life, which doesn’t give you much of a look at how long Loki stays in the kennel.

I hope you find the raised stand for Loki's food and water bowls soon. Its not healthy for large breed dogs to strain their necks leaning down to drink and eat. It can also lead to digestion issues. Maybe you should speak to the previous owners about the driveway being flooded. Maybe they had to deal with it as well. Maybe the drainage is clogged or something.
