Oh! You can select layers by holding control + click on the canvas directly. So, for example, if I want to color the hair, I hold control + click the hair, and it selects that layer. It's not full proof though, and sometimes I end up selecting another layer, which is why I have a shortcut key that toggles the visibility of a layer. To check if I am on the right layer, I click that shortcut key, and the layer should disappear (in this case, the hair layer should disappear) and this is how I know I'm on the right layer!
LOL I love that there can be so much variation in her design~ She still has the twintails!! They're just wrapped into double buns!!! And she's been eating more!!! That's why she's a bit chunkier!! XDDDD
