Thai Iced Tea Recipe:
You will need 2 half gallon jugs
1 large "coffee sock" filter
Thai black tea powder
Fill the coffee sock to the top
Add 6 cups boiling water
let the tea strain into the jug
Pour the tea back into the filter (repeat 4x)
Scoop 2 teaspoons of white sugar into an 8oz cup
Pour 4oz of tea into the cup
Stir
Add 3 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk
Add 2oz of evaporated milk
Stir
Fill a 16oz cup with ice
Pour 1oz of evaporated milk over the ice
Pour the tea over the ice

New subscriber here!!!! What an adorable young lady!! Her Angelic face and addictive smile is even sweeter than all her signature Thai iced tea, green tea, and Thai iced coffee combined. I saw her by accident about 2 1/2 months ago when I came to visit Thailand trying to find a place where I can finally move my automobile parts manufacturing business from China to Thailand, in which we fortunately just did in the outskirts of Asoke where a lot of expat and foreign investor resides. It was due to my stubborn behavior and insistence to drive around the neighborhood, you know, just to familiarize myself in the area where probably I'm gonna spending a lot of time during the transition. It was about 9:30am, still early, but hot and humid already when we ended up lost in Asoke neighborhood. I finally gave up the wheel and told my Thai guide and my local security details to find a place where we can grab a cold drinks and freshen up. Malai, my guide and interpreter, she recommended a famous place, with reasonable priced Thai ice tea and Thai ice coffee. Because of the humidity and the long line of customer, I decided to stay inside the car and just let my guide order me their famous Thai green Iced tea. Curiosity got the better of me, decided to see for myself what so special about this coffee stand place. And that's the first time I saw and met Ploy. Interestingly, my guide, Malai was Ploy's regular everyday customer. She told me that she buys Ploy's famous Thai Iced coffee everyday in the morning before going to work. It was a very busy day for Ploy, with long line of customers, working her butt off, and yet still managed to give everybody her authentic beautiful smile. I felt so bad at that time, so I told my guide to lend her a hand even just to hand her all the plastic bags and straws would go long way. She gladly accepted the offer, continue to do her job, and as always, that everlasting smile on her face. What really cracked me up that time that I will never forget was.... just like what she did on this video, with a smile on her face, she was playfully dancing to the plinking sound created by the spoon and the cup while she was stirring it. And I had to admit it, her charisma and ability to make her customer comfortable and appreciate her was just unbelievable. And that's Ploy sai..... the only one Ploy!! I just hope that we will cross path again someday!!

Two teaspoons of sugar. It's on the sweeter side! You don't have to add that much sugar if you don't like but the thai's prefer their drinks SUPER sweet.

If Thailand is not very hot, Thai people will eat coffee that does not contain ice, but this is a country that is hot, you think that if Thai people eat hot coffee at the hot weather, you say Thai bodies. Isn't that right?
@user-sg6ud5ce5i I'm late replying but I am from Philippines and it is not true that drinking hot or cold coffee is related to the season of a country. We drink hot coffee even it is hot. It is really depends what you like.
