If Purdy was drafted 1st overall in last years draft, would you still have to see more? He's doing this w/ a bottom 10 ranked Pass Pro
Also, Mahomes has always had a top ranked Pass pro and Kelce + Andy Reid. Kurt Warner had Marshall Faulk, a NFL MVP, Torry Holt, Isaac Bruce, etc.
I'm not even saying he's elite, you don't need to be elite to win a superbowl, if that was the case, Trent Dilfer, Joe Flacco, Matt Stafford, Terry Bradshaw, Eli Manning, etc. wouldn't have superbowls. We all saw what happened when Mahomes' weapons were fucking up. Lost to the Eagles cause they were dropping balls and fumbling like they weren't playing at all. Yet no one shit talks Mahomes like they do Purdy. Pretty much because people live in the past and Mahomes is a SB champion and Purdy is a second year guy who was Mr. Irrelevant. For Mahomes, he struggled when he lost Tyreek, and when Kelce is out, he loses his safety net. You take away any QB’s top players, the he is going to struggle. The QB doesn’t do everything. He is just supposed to get the ball to the best players on the field in position to make the best play possible.

You can make the same argument about any QB being in the system like Jalen Hurts (AJ Brown, Good offensive line Line, Nick Sirhani, etc) and Tua (Tyreek Hill, Mike McDaniel, good d line, etc). You can say the same about the Jets/Zach Wilson (Robert Salah, Garrett Wilson, good d line).

Mahomes, Tua, Allen, Burrow, Hurts, can all make up for these issues with their talent alone. Purdy can't and he will never be able to either because he is limited.
The same could be said again to jalen hurts. Its the definition of losing AJ Brown and Jason Kelce. Once Lane Johnson went down during the jets game Hurts got multiple interceptions and the Eagles lost.
