I felt pain in my hurt seeing thembikile choosing his job over justice, to me he is a saleout. Many people can't stand for the truth but when they happen to them they cry like animals with no help
Big ups to Jub Jub he speaks nothing but the truth. I'm a woman and I always think our justice system is a mess favour's women a lot even when they are wrong.
I was telling my members in church why I can't assist them physically with cash or be caught in a car with a woman alone who is not my wife because the minute she cries rape, it's over and I am gone.
I fear and worry about being alone in any space without my wife because I don't know what any woman sitting next to me will come up with. This has made many women singles as guys don't even want to go close to them because of the fear of their sexual harassment and yet women believe God to be a marital settlement, it's scary.

Yes he has made mistakes, he has paid for them and his probably going to deal with the pain he has inflicted on the kids and their families for the rest of his life. I believe that God has forgiven him and all that matters is that he is a better man today than he was years ago.

My concern with counter-discourse activism is that it is sometimes used to malign victims, which can undermine the reality of rape, especially among women and children. This issue should not be addressed in this manner. Jub Jub's argument should not be based on the foundation of the GBV movement against women, as it can create the perception that rape is not as widespread as it truly is and that women are falsely accusing men. We should address our problems separately because if we lump them all together, we may lose sight of what we are truly fighting for.
Show some real pruff of allegations. Report rape when it happened freshly and a DNA test could be done to prove it. Rape allegations should not be use as a weapon to get back at people. A woman can also rape a man! I'm I lying?

Accused of rape by a girl I didn't know, got released because of lack of evidence. Sad part is that I did spend a 2.5 weeks in jail for nothing. I don't trust women and definitely far from dating anyone. Counseling is helping me deal with anger for women

Thembekile Mrototo isn't the man for this job, his style of questioning is suited for political perceptions and not really showbiz... You could tell by how he responded to Molemo's scenarion on false accusations that he wants to sound politically correct. A scenario has nothing to do with numbers. His response to how he'd feel about his brother facing false rape charges was waaaaay out of context to what was posed to him. Why would he ask Molemo if he's saying there are more false rape accusations than there are actual rape convictions? Even the least smartest person knows that that can't be true. Perhaps get a Sizwe Dhlomo to present the show.
Honestly speaking if we can report rape as women per the way its explained, More than 80% of men once raped .I Honestly think its high time African men and boys should be taught how to respect women.

I am so disappointed with Thembekile. Its like went into this interview as judge jury and prosecutionair. I have a brother and has become a reality I never had to think about til recently. So many women accuse men falsely and they get away with it. If that happened to my brother, you and I would have 99 problems.
Man should absolutely sue for defamation of character, its the only way. Its a tough situation to reconcile especially as a woman, and a mother to a boy. Can I trust our justice system to protect my son, I really don't know. Men have to fight back when they are innocent.

This topic really saddens me a lot because there was a schoolboy that killed himself in Mpumalanga because of false accusation for the girl to later say she was joking. Thembekile is a sellout.
Sexual assault is not written in black or white. It can be as simple as a man not respecting a woman's right to say no to repeated sexual advances to inappropriate touch to actual sexual intercourse. In his mind he did nothing of the sort. The victims have a different experience. Can we really dismiss them just because they stayed. There is a lot of underlying issues that come with trauma. Fear, emotional crippling, denial. Its the same with any GBV. Some women stay for years, because trauma can paralyse you and you won't admit to yourself or anyone else that this is happening. Its the humiliation that cripples us. That being said i really dont think he thought he was doing anything wrong. What is lacking here is clarity so both parties involved can truly hear each other.

And he says because half the police are uneducated but its the prosecutors who relays the evidence in court and magistrates and judges who decide if the evidence is admissible or not.

Some people just want to see Mo's life miserable, sad and hopeless. Is like they're upset that he's glowing despite the obstacles in his life. Living life is not an easy journey and there are so bumps on the way. No one knows the pain that people are going through until the cap fits you.
I can understand if those females making those allegations against Jub Jub are little kids, but these are grown women that chose to be in a relationship and they were together for years back. However, now they're claiming that it wasn't a relationship and that they were being raped and abused by Mo. It doesn't make no sense to be in a relationship with a man that is cruel to you . Some of these accusers admitted that they were in love with Mo who is now a rapist, abuser and murderer. Some already admitted that they were also abusive to Mo when they were together! Moving forward, rape accusations are common nowadays, some use it as a weapon of revenge. There are vipers in both males and females, so be careful. A woman can be a rapist, abuser and a murderer too. Let's be real to our conscience. Amanda DuPont openly went on social media encouraging women to tell lies and stories. I understand that she was not happy about something but she can't be making false accusations. She could have spoken up and stated what's in her mind honestly. Like for example, Amanda DuPont could have stated that she doesn't appreciate the fact that her name was mentioned in an interview that she doesn't approve of. She made those allegations against Mo immediately after the interview! Why did she wait all this time to expose Jub Jub that she was in a relationship with for 2 years? And they lived together too. She was not a 5 years old kid, she made that decision to be with Mo and she loved him back then. It's all logic and good reasoning, ask and you will find out.

Rape, domestic violence and other violent crimes against the most vulnerable of the society i.e women and children are rife in SA. Those who are jailed unfairly are in a minority. Majority of them in jail are legit.
Majority of these cases are not reported because victims feel powerless .
Statistically sexual offenses are extremely high in SA. So to all victims, report the matter, its doesn't matter whether everybody bealive you or not, even if happened 30 years ago, go and report it to the law enforcement.
