Condi mech spear is a lot easier tho, with same dps, hard to justify playing Holo in this case. But cc is far better

Yeah ideally you'd play mech (unless faster damage ramp up is relevant). This is more of a for fun build and an answer to the pistols vs spear on condi holo question.
