The shoes are prefect! I love the colours and the texture, they really give out a very classy and elegant feel. There is nothing wrong with buying luxury brand items, nor is there anything wrong with purchasing lower end products as long as you appreciate them and know their worth. You buy items that are within your financial abilities and honestly you have always been a good role model for us all because we know that you work hard and save up ever since your time in school and that is something that you should be proud of!

Yeah, one of the main reasons why I never showed myself shopping for luxury things was because every time I did, someone would tell me I’m not spending my money correctly when I never asked for financial advice haha. But yes! I have been financially stable for a long time now (I think for someone who is almost 30, it’s very common to be?) i have been working hard for years and I’m glad there are people out there who realize that!
Many people see globalisation and cultural dilution as a threat to local culture. Indeed it is true, but at the same time it both strengthen the bond we have with our original culture and also we learn to appreciate and embrace people of different backgrounds. I just love how in this vlog you are enjoying Western cuisine (the colourful food), Vietnamese cuisine & market and Taiwanese bubble tea. As a Taiwanese in Singapore, it really let me to realise again how cultural diverse and tolerating our society is where there is Vietnamese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Western, Chinese, Malaysia and Indian food just within walking distance from my house. I'll be going to New Zealand for Uni this year and I hope that NZ will have similar cultural diversity as Australia 😊

i was meant to do the gst refund thing once flying out of the gold coast. i stopped in the food court for hungry jacks first and the time got away from me. i lined up for the refund anyway cos there weren't many people. i got to the counter but they wouldnt do it cos my flight was scheduled to leave in 20 min. kinda annoying cos the counter is literally next to the gates and they had just started boarding so it wasnt like i couldve missed my flight. so yeah, that hungry jacks meal ended up costing me $100 🤦♂️😂
