The first time I EVER started seeing this logo was when the logo said "HBO ind prod." On Martin on BET in the little split screen credits.

Today, the HBO Independent Productions library is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery through Home Box Office, Inc. except for distribution rights to the 1995 version of Get Smart (owned by Sony Pictures Television) and distribution rights to Everybody Loves Raymond (owned by CBS Media Ventures) although the copyrights to both of these shows are owned by HBO itself.
