I work in corporate setting, think of cubical desks. All of the desks closest to me are a continuous revolving door! They either move/quit or transition to a different role within the first couple months sitting next to me. None of my neighbors really feel comfortable and I seem to put everybody on edge.
People also let me cut in line at grocery stores and generally people are trying to run away from me. It can be confusing bc I try my best to be as friendly as possible
Very accurate! People always tell me my aura seems closed when they try hard to be my friend 😂

I feel you on this. I have the same issue. It hurts not to be invited and it's hard to always take the reigns (bc that too affirms that unless I initiate, nothing happens)
sounds like you're not initiating the correct things. it's not about initiating everything all the time, but listening to your authority to act on and initiate the things that are right for you.

I really struggle with this. I rarely get invited, and it's been really hard not to take that personally. I have a pattern of feeling rejected and it also hurts to just invite myself. How can I make it easier for people to approach me?
